What I like about the Flash Beat Drum, it get my 9 month old grandson attention with the sounds it makes, the music tunes, the different color lights flashes when he beat the drum,the sounds made when he push the colorful shapes on the side of the drum, when he rolls the drum it makes sounds as well, the drum will not break when drop,the drum fit perfectly between my grrandson legs or on his side for him to play and the drum my grandson favorite toy at my home. Also if you are sitting by him when he's playing the drum, he will take your hand for you to play the drum too.

I bought this for a 1yr old. His mother called me the same day and said that he loved the drum and couldn't stop playing with it. If you have/know a toddler that loves music this drum is an excellent gift

Was a Christmas gift from "Santa" for our 13 month old. He lit up when he saw it light up. The three buttons are easy to press and changes the types of sounds. Gives some memorization for children as he only likes the drum effects and knows which button to press to get those sounds.

The sounds are very loud on loud, so if you don't like noise makers you may want to stay shy of this one. The soft is good, but with the button on the bottom not being recessed in, you will probably get loud as much as soft.

Overall, an excellent little drum for smaller children.

Got this for a 14 month old.
He liked it, but it wasnt the hit of the party.
Parents liked it, and the volume control.

My daughter discovered you can make noise by hitting things. That's when we realized we had to get her this drum. It was a hit from day one. We like that you can control the volume and the sounds and lights are cute and engaging. It would be nice if it stayed put a little better, but we understand it's for safety reasons that they don't make toys too heavy at one end. Good, fun toy.

We got this drum for our 7 month old daughter and she Loves it. As soon as the music ends she crawls over and gets it playing again. And for once the music is actually pretty good.

Right out of the box it was a hit. My grandson (one year old) played with it as soon as he seen it. He did not even want to wait till it was out of its box. He was so excited like he knew it would be his new favorite toy. He played with it immediately. The drum is his new favorite. He toddles around the house with his little drum. He likes the lights & the sounds. He plays it like a little bongo.

My nephew loves it. He plays with it constantly. It's loud and obnoxious and is driving my brother nuts which is exactly what you look for in a drum.

My nephew loves it!! it keeps him occupied for hours at a time. i just hope when my baby comes he passes t down to his little cousin!!LOL!!
