      My boys love rearranging the parts into different shapes. LOVE the completely clear tubes & pods so you can see bugs no matter where they go. No "hidden" places you can't see into. I love the fact that the green bases can be twisted off the bottom of the pods for cleaning them out. My oldest caught a caterpillar, put it in here with leaves & it turned into a chrysalis! I was scared we were going to end up with a dead butterfly that couldn't get out, but then I figured out that the green bases come off! After our butterfly emerged, we unscrewed the green base, and let it go. The boys absolutely loved it!!

        My boys loved running around the yard searching for all sorts of bugs to put in the "bug house." You can easily watch them move around. I can see how it would be possible for it to break open if it fell off of a table, but we are keeping ours on our deck out back, so I'm not concerned. What a great educational and fun product!

        want to see bugz in action? this is a perfect product to build an environment and see how bugs and the little creatures interact. i like how you can change the look anytime...but i am not sure how that will work out with bugs alive. the only drawback is that it does not look very sturdy, so if this falls off of its stand, there could be creatures galore scurrying for the hills.

          grandchildren love it it makes it easy to watch the little bugs and they cant get away. i would buy this for children who find bugs and outdoor type things fun to do. i also recommend this more for 5 and older

          I bought this preduct thinking it sould be a neat experiment on how to observe the insects acting normally. However, The tubes are nearly impossible to clean without making a mess, and you can hardly get the bugs back out to release them I would not buy this if your child wants to release the insects or use it for many different types of bugs (not at one time).

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
