We really found the snap circutis 3oo to be woeth vevery penny. its the first thing my 5 adn 2 yo ask to play with in themorning. we will typically do an hour a day. theyve already learned more about electric than i did by the time i was a senior in high school, no exaggeration. its got little diagrams, a lesson explaining what the project demonstrates about physics and a little check to mark off that the kids love to go to the next project. the snaps are a little hard for my 2 yo to puch on herself but its way better than using wires and open light bulbs and batteries, really an a mazing procductt that every classroom and hhouse should have. i might give it 5 stars but i imagine theyll keep oming out with cool things. just listended to the radio today that my 5yo built. i like the way the box has the plastic individual spots for each piece but it'd be even better if the cmoaprtments were labeled.

My daughter loves this product! She got it for Christmas and spent all day playing with it. She has kept playing with it,really enjoys the projects and what she is learning.

This product was labeled for 8-year-olds. My grandson is 5-1/2. He seemed to know what to do, and dad or mom helped some. He got the lights going and seemed very happy. He's got so much more to learn. The educational fun part of it sure beats boredom. I'm very happy with my purchase of Snap Circuits Junior.

My 7 year old son is always picking up srews, scrap peices of metal, ect. to make "inventions". Now he can turn his inventions on!!! He hasn't played with anything else in four days. Once they understand why things are turning on, it is not hard to make up their own. Besides, making a police siren and pulling over everyone in the house is just plain fun.

Purchased this for my 7 yr. old for Christmas and 2 more for my son's school. All the kids have had a blast with the "Lego-like" building. It has simple layering instructions, sturdy pieces and fun games. An adult will be needed to explain the why factor.

Wonderful toy and fun for all ages.

When me and my Grandpa saw ages 8-108 we laughed hard. But on the second project we laughed even harder when the fan blade flew of the table! While it says 8-108 my 5 year old brother can do it he loves making that fan fly. When me and my class began to learn about circuits so the next day i brought it in. Before lunch my freind and my teacher both asked me were to buy one. Overall Snap Circuits snap fun and learnig together! Hey watch out with fan man!

I was not sure if my 11 yr old would find this product challenging enough. He loves it and looks forward to expanding with more products in the future. As a teacher I value that it is educational. As a mom i appreciate that it is simple to use, versatile and easily stored.

This is a great kit. My son is 7 yrs. old, bought this for a b'day gift! He jumped right in and started building projects. Keeps him interested and just perfect for his age!He has even asked for the next level already!

my 8 yr old enjoys the projects that come to life with this...keeping the pieces together is somewhat challenging with 3 little sisters! worth the $...esp. if your child doesn't particularly care for toys...
