My baby girl started developing eczema around 3 months. I've tried everything, including Aquafor wash , Aquafor ointment, Eucerin and Aveeno eczema cream but the only thing that truly abated the problem was the Mustela Stelatopia Milky Bath Oil used in combination with Stelatopia moisturizing cream.

I use 3 cap full during every bath (2 caps was not enough), shampoo with Stelatopia cream cleanser and moisturize after with the Stelatopia moisturizer. Her skin is completely clear.

The cream cleanser and moisturizer lasts a long time but the milky bath oil only lasts about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks so I try to stock up when BRU has their specials.

I do not recommend the regular Mustela line as it contains too much fragrance which exacerbates the condition.

My son has eczema flare ups on his face but also in patchy areas on his body. I love this bath oil, it definitely helps to keep the water from completely drying out his skin. He also had a couple of patches of cradle cap on his scalp that was also spilling onto his forehead. The dermatologist said to use olive oil and scrub his head, tried that and didn't work. Used the milky bath oil and I'm not kidding, the cradle cap on his scalp was gone the next day! Impressive.

The directions say to put several capfuls in the bath water, but I feel like a little goes a long way. I just squirt 3 or 4 bursts of oil into the water as I'm filling up the tub and it does it's job. Like someone else said, I only use this when my son has flare ups of ezcema as it is expensive. Also keep in mind because this is an oil, it does make the bathtub somewhat slippery once the water is drained out, and you can kind of feel it on bath toys too. But that is not a deal breaker for me!

I wish this was sold in stores. I also use the mustela stelatopia moisturizing cream and it is amazing. I highly recommend this line of products.

I purchased this and many other Mustela products for my son who has develpped excema. The oil burst open in shipping. They sent all my items in one envelope together. Everything got covered in oil. It was a huge waste. I can't believe Babies R Us has such cheap shipping methods. I had to return to the store which is far away. I won't be ordering from them online anytime soon.

I never expect products to do what they say they will so was pleasantly surprised to find that this product in conjunction with the mustela stellatopia moisturizer dramatically improved my baby's skin. She had a bad eczema break out all over her body and all other remedies didn't do much to help. I tried sea salt baths, Aveeno moisturizer and oatmeal bath, and some cortisone creams (sparingly). I was amazed when I noticed my baby's skin start to become soothed almost instantly after applying the products. Amazing!

My baby has sensitive and dry/ecsema prone, and this product is the BEST THING ON EARTH!!! LOVE, LOVE it!!! It is a bit expensive to buy as her only bathing option for her skin's health, but my baby is worth every penny :o)

This product was ok for my son. He has very mild eczema. It allowed him to take a bath without over drying him. It actually helped him better than a lot of other products, reducing some of the itching and redness. So I would recommend it. Follow it up with other products in the line.

I've been using this on my son for about 2 weeks now, and what seemed to be either eczema or really dry skin is almost completely gone! I love that i don't need to rinse after bathing. Doesn't leave any weird smell or residue. Totally worth the price!

My 4 month old has developed eczema and a friend recommended this line. I tried it for a week and it actually works on my baby's skin although with the help of steroid cream. This product does prevent from flaring up again. Instead of pouring 2-3 cups into the bathtub, I pour just 1/2 cup straight onto his body and let him soak for a few minutes, and then I rinse him quickly with water and the bottle last longer that way.
