This product was given to us in a gift I had never heard of it before. With my first daughter we used desitine which worked but the white paste was everywhere and seemed to take a while to work. My second daughter we tries this stuff on and we saw results with in the first 24 hours and it seems to work in preventing future diaper rashes I was very pleased and won't use anything else now.

my 2 month old has had chapped dry red bumpy skin for a few days that her doctor even looked at n said to just keep dry & wash with soap....but it was getting worse n finally I had to try something bc it looked so bad. My 2-month old baby had cradle cap around her ears, nose, eyebrows, forehead, and eyelids for days. Or at least it looked like cradle cap. She had very thick, flaky dry skin. It first appeared on her scalp. A day later, it was all around her ears, sides of her nose, eyebrows, forehead, and eyelids.

After some research on remedies, one mom on a message board recommended Aquaphor. We remembered getting a tiny little sample tube of Aquaphor from the hospital when our baby was born. So we tried it. The result is beyond amazing! The thick flaky dry skin around her ears, forehead, & nose, where we applied Aquaphor has cleared in just one day. We applied it once in the morning, then reapplied around noon, and reapplied it again at night after her bath and before putting her to bed. We will try to put a thin layer on her eyebrows & lids now that we know it works great! As for the scalp, we are trying a special shampoo for it.

Needless to say, we bought a larger tube of Aquaphor!

My baby has sensitive skin and has broken out a few times in little pimples on her face and neck due to irriation . She also had a bad rash under her chin from drooling and the wetness of her bib hitting her skin. This worked like a charm every time I put it on her. I put a little on at night, in the morning and a few times during the day and any rash she has is cleared up in about 1-2 days. It saved me many unnecessary trips to the doctors office as well.

It is a bit greasy, so apply it after you put clothes on your baby. I use the regular version, not the baby one, and it works just fine.

I used this on my son for eczema when he was an infant and now I use it on my daughter for her diaper rashes. Once I see the rash starting on apply the aquaphor and the rash is gone within a day or 2.

I was introduced to this product by my first cousin at my baby shower, and only used it on my son once (because he only had diaper rash one time when he was over a year old) and it cleared up the next day. I ended up using the first bottle on myself,I have always had extreamly chapped and cracked lips and it healed them in less than a week. I am now pregnant with my second baby and used this on my baby bump and ended up having no streachmarks. Wish I would have known about this the first time arround.

I noticed my baby had developed some sort of dry, scaly red patches/rashes all over his tummy and back (then slowly spreading to his arms and legs). I called his pediatrician and they suspected it might be eczema. They recommended I try Aquaphor. I noticed his skin clearing up in about a day or so. So apparently it really works! The only drawback; it's messy and greasy. And a bit pricey (hence only 4 stars) but worth it since it does the job.

P.S. Also, I always have a problem getting the darn thing open!! Does anyone else have that same problem???
