A friend in Jamaica requested glow in the dark stars and planets for his bedroom ceiling. He hasn't received the package yet ~ but I know he is going to absolutely love it just as I do the planets are beautiful and give you the conception of the difference in sizes and how they move in space...gorgeous.

I agree with everyone else, they should of included the sun in it but no biggie. The string was missing but I wasn't too concerned with it because fishing line can do the job!

It hung up easily and everything glows in the dark as expected. Was well worth the price after seeing my girls eyes light up when i showed them!

I am glad they are stll adding Pluto into the solar system!

I bought this item because my son loves anything space among many other things. As I finished hanging up the planets, I left the light on to "charge" the planets; well they never lit up. I looked at the box to make sure I did buy the glow in the dark planets, and I did. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but my son and I were very disappointed with this product. [$] for something that doesn't work and customer service won't even help you is very upsetting.

My son wanted to have glow in the dark planets in his room & this was perfect for him. It took some time to actually hang the planets and place all of the stickers on the ceiling but the outcome was great! The planets & stickers look wonderful at night and after a few months everything is still glowing!

We bought this solar system for our 4yr old boy's room which he really enjoys. It was easy to install. It took me a little over an hour total. I was concerned it would not stay on the ceiling but it is very sturdy. I agree with other reviews that a sun should be included but there was extra tacks and plenty of string to add on to the set. Over all we are satisfied with this system.

I hung them from my daughter's ceiling and on her 4th birthday. She names all of the planets every night now after I turn off her lights.

I bought this for my 4 yr old for Xmas who loves anything space. It took about an hour to hang mostly because of the time to get the fishing line knotted around the tacks. We both love the end product and the colors and glow factor are both excellent. I agree with other reviews that a sun should be included, but otherwise great!!

This was a Christmas gift for my child. She loved it!!!!!!! and is now taking a great deal of interest in Science and Biology. We hang the planets from the ceiling in the bedroom and stuck the stars all over the room. It's pretty cool and worth the money..... It glows in the dark also... Once it's up. You will have to turn on the lights for about a min or 2, then it will glow in the dark... AWESOME.

This would be a great educational toy as a highlight to any Universe-theme decorated room for kids, BUT suspension of these planets to the seiling was almost impossible: larger planets were too heavy to be suspended with the pins provided, so planets were constantly falling down. Then one of the pins broke with metal shaft still sticking out of a seiling while plastic head with the planet fell on the floor. And, as we decided to return entire thing to the store, we were left with holes in a seiling which we covered with glow-in-a-dark-stars.
