This thing is sturdy enough and easy for our son to play with, but it's a pain to put together because the rocket scientists who designed it split the red part into two pieces so they could package it in a smaller box. Other than screwing those two parts together the rest was pretty straight forward.

I set it up with no problem. It's very durable. You definitely have to read all the instructions and be careful so you don't get the previous reveiws with the wheels. Besides Little Tikes always honors all their products. If you have the receipt. They have no problem replacing the defective item.

My kids got this from Santa last Christmas. They were never able to use it because when my husband put the wheels on the cap things brok on two wheels. We tried to contact thecompany but they would not replace the parts. They wanted us to buy them at half the price of the cart itself. We tried to get caps at the hardware store and they didnt fit. now the bars the wheels go on are lost and the cart is in the attic.

I love this product because we have had it for 2 years and it is still in great shape!! This cart will last through all 3 of my kids! They are hard on toys, they have turned this cart over, climbed in it, and also used it appropriately and it still is just like the day we bought it!! Great job Little Tikes on creating a indestructable shopping cart!!

As soon as we got this my little one begged for us to put this together! Then after we were done, we had to go shopping at the mall so my little one made us put the cart in the trunk and take it with us to help her push her doll! It as very fun for her to push around and a lot of people said she was so cute and it was sturdy enough to last that trip and many more!

When I first purchased the cart one of the blue wheel covers popped off repeatedly. Eventually all of them kept falling off every time it was moved. The cart still works without them but it was a big nuisance putting them back on. My kids love this cart and the do play with it. Thats why I rated only 3 stars. I threw the covers away.

I read all of the reviews before making the purchase for my niece's 2nd birthday, but went ahead and bought the little tykes anyway. I am a mom of three kids and have never had any problems with this brand prior to this shopping cart. Overall it is worth the money, not too bad to assemble, but the STUPID blue wheel covers will not stay on the front two wheels. She loved the gift, but 4 hours of picking up the covers forced us to glue the darn things back on for good. Just save yourself the hassle and glue them on in the first place.
