This product was disappointing because I thought we would be able to construct a whole dino replica, it turns out, it's just part of the dino skeleton and you can only put magnets on the individual bones or glue them on a background of your choice. The bones are heavy, so I don't think they're good for magnets or gluing on a background. Wish I would've researched this more before buying.

I only bought this for the plastic molds. I used them to make vanilla chocolate bones and placed them in ground up graham crackers. The chocolate popped right out! My son and his four year old friends had a blast searching for the bones at his birthday party. Found that idea online! Have no idea how the plaster or paints work...

We purchased it for our 9 year old grandson and he loved it. Actually said it was his favorite present and he had a bountiful Christmas. It makes a mess so be prepared and cover your work surface with a vynal cloth and be ready to vaccumm once all is said and done. This is a small price to pay for the joy of discovery you will witness as the mystery of the artifacts unfold!! Definitely reccommend.
