Description



This great card game designed by Uwe Rosenberg is about planting, trading, and selling beans, 11 kinds of beans (this English version includes all the cards from the original game and the first expansion). Players try to collect large sets of beans to sell for gold. There is limited growing space and always new beans to plant. To avoid planting unwanted beans, players trade them to other players who want them for their bean fields. The game is for 2-7 players aged 10 and up and takes about 45 minutes to play.

      just played this with my 11 yr old son at a game board exhibit at our library, with 7 others. we had a great time and this is now on our want list. it has a little learning curve but we figured it out. the more you play and watch others the more you get the hang of it, everyone gets to interact with each other during the "fight" for the beans
