I never write reviews but really like these beds. My twins have had these beds since they were 24 months and crawling out of their cribs. The raised edges act like side rails so they feel safe, smooth edges so no injuries while wrestling around the room. But are still cool when they are 7. Even though they are plastic, they are super sturdy and have held up through a move and 5.5 years of 3 boys jumping on them. I was beyond impressed with these.

My 3 yr old son loves this bed. He was previously in the convertible crib toddler bed. He would escape almost energy night. Now he's excited about sleeping in his car and stays there all night.

This product is great! My son got it when he was 2 and he is now almost 5. I still have it. He loves it. The only downside to it is that it is EXTREMELY heavy (took both myself & my husband to carry it into our house) & it can be difficult to put together. We were able to assemble it without any issues, but it is a pain to assemble & dis-assemble if you are moving. Overall-I'd purchase this bed again.

I bought this bed 3 years ago for my 2-yr old son. It was our way of enticing him to sleep on his own. Wow, did it work or what? I had it all assembled in his room without him knowing it. Once he saw it, his eyes grew gigantic and sang about how much he loved mom and dad.

He is now 5 years old. We will be converting the bed into a twin-sized bed with a twin mattress that we just bought over the weekend. He still loves his bed. Whenever he's being a bad boy, we ask him if we should offer his bed to some other boy who is being good. Yeah, this is kinda mean but his behavior gets right in about 2 seconds of us making this mean suggestion... =)

I bought this bed for my son about 5.5 - 6 years ago. He was about 2 years old. He is now on the verge of turning eight. He has loved this bed! We stuck with the toddler mattress up until about 2.5 years ago. I would definitly say it was WORTH the money!

All that matters is that my 18 month old loves this bed. Initially, I purchased this bed because I thought I could use this in toddler form. It's not the size of a toddler bed by any means. It's a twin size bed regardless you place a toddler bed inside it. It takes up the room that a twin size bed would. These are the facts. When it first arrived, I was like "omg, this thing is huge". I thought about returning it ONLY because I was thinking toddler size car bed and misunderstood the convertible part of the product selling headline. I'm an impulsive buyer and I really didn't check the dimensions of the product on the website. However, we decided to buy a twin bed and it's an amazing buy. My son can use it for many years to come and he has tons of room to squirm around in (he's a mover in his sleep). He loves this thing and can play with his toys on his bed all day. He tries to pull EVERYTHING on his car bed. It's very cute. I'm so glad that I bought this bed and would recommend it to anyone who has a bedroom with enough room for a twin size awesome car bed. A little boy's dream!If I may, I also recommend purchasing a specific brand mattress that we did off of [@]. It was a twin size 6" Spa Sensations tight top mattress. It fits perfectly in the car bed and it's so firm! It's about [$] which is a lot less money than some not so great quality mattresses sold on other sites--including toys rus.

First of all, this bed looks so awesome that even I want to sleep in it. The decals and the bright colors are very attractive. My son has successfully transitioned to sleeping on his own, thanks to this wonderful bed. He still comes to us in the middle of the night, but that is perfectly fine by me.

When used as a toddler bed, there is a fair bit of a gap between the mattress and the side of the bed. I took the advice of other parents and stuffed it with blankets and solved the problem. I also like how the sides are spacy enough for my son to keep his toys by his side when he goes to sleep.

The bed is very sturdy and easy to put together. Although this bed was one of the more reasonably-priced bed compared to other car beds, I still think it is a little pricey considering how its made entirely of plastic. Hence, its one star away from prefection for me.

We bought this bed for our son, just before his 2nd birthday. The box is very large, and took up nearly all of the 6'6" bed of my husbands truck, so unless you have a large vehicle, have it shipped. It was fairly easy to put together, and is very sturdy. We currently have a toddler mattress in it, as he still rolls around a lot and we need the sides to keep him from rolling off. If you notice in the picture, the toddler mattress sits in the middle of the bed, with a gap between the walls and the mattress. We have to line all the gaps with extra blankets and sheets so our son doesn't fall in them, thus resulting in him waking up (I imagine it's not fun to wake up after smacking your head on hard plastic). We also have blankets at the foot of the bed, and if your little one is a sleeping wanderer like ours, then you will need to as well. The quality is good, but as for the design, I think when it comes to the "toddler" portion of it, it needs improvement. With that being said, our son loves it, and it got him out of our co-sleeping situation. He never liked his crib and didn't start sleeping through the night until just before his 2nd birthday, after we got this bed.

Brought this bed for my 2 yr old a week ago and hes in love with it! I agree with the other moms on here that say this bed is magic! Hes been sleeping in his own bed all by himself all nite. The colors are so nice & bright and the stickers are awesome! We are using it with the toddler mattress and there's so much room he loves it! I wish I would of brought this bed before any other toddler bed, it is deff worth every penny!!!
