got the toybox for a christmas gift for my 1 1/2 year old. It went together pretty easy, but as soon as we moved the lid on the toybox, the hinge pulled out of the toybox lid. Emailed the company and about our problem and within 2 days a new lid was here. They sent it free of charge!!! We have been using the toybox for about 5 months with no more complaints! well worth the money! I love the fact that my child will be able to grow with this toybox and use it for years to come

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I hated this toybox right from the begining!!! I bought it with gift cards from my shower and couldn't wait to get it. It was missing pieces and then I called the company and they immediately mailed them out no questions asked. But the toybox itself was not constructed properly!!! The holes for the screw where not dug out correctly so it never went together like it was supposed to. I thought it was me but my handy father was sooo mad at this product he called the company to complain!!! The lever to hold the top up so it doesn't injure your child doesn't work either. Got a new one thinking it was faulty but the new one the company sent was just as bad. Bought another toybox and sent this one to "grandpas" house for a spare for their house. Hate this product!!!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
