My son had, what seemed to be, terrible pain while passing gas. He also had bms every 2 or 3 days. Since using this product, he goes poo daily and the gas seems to be easier to manage. He is a happy little guy. The only problem is the container it comes in. It takes 2 to 5 minutes to coax a drop out. I shake and Shake, turn 45 degrees, nothing. Repeat over and over. This bottle design really is awful. However, the product inside is awesome! Change the bottle, please!

I just don't understand what prompted Gerber to develop this bottle design. Following the instructions to tilt the bottle 45 degrees, the drops come out unpredictably at best if at all. Most of the time the drops don't even come out at all. So frustrating for what otherwise seems like a good product. The thing costs $30. Spend a few more bucks and design a bottle that actually dispenses. An eye dropper bottle top would work great.

Comments about Nestle 1010223 Gerber Soothe Probiotic Drops:

The pediatrician told us to start them for baby's gas. While I love probiotics, I didn't find them effective for that purpose. Plus they're expensive considering they pour out of dropper top and you waste more than recommended to use.

Comments about Nestle 1010223 Gerber Soothe Probiotic Drops:

My daughter is Breastfed and her tummy gets upset daily, most people call this "colic". There are many other brands out there that claim to sooth colic, they are cheaper financially and first we tried one of these brands with no success. After that I looked around and found these drops from Gerber, a strong recognizable brand name and although they were more expensive it was worth the price and chance because they work fantastic! My daughter cries less and it also seems to help her poop more often and easily. I would recommend to anyone who has a baby with an upset tummy to get these drops.

Comments about Nestle 1010223 Gerber Soothe Probiotic Drops:

The probiotic itself seems to be helping, she definitely is more calm and less fussy then she was prior to use, but like others it's slightly more expensive than I'd like it to be. The bottle isn't always the easiest to get the probiotic out of and sometimes I feel like it's being wasted bc of how it drips down the sides of the bottle (I am nursing so it suggests to administer right on your nipple and I feel like my baby isn't getting it nearly as well as if I'd put it in the bottle).

I put this in my son's bottle every night before bed. He had an awful time with gas and couldn't sleep between feedings because of it. After a few days of this probiotic he hasn't had a gas issue since. This product has been a blessing for a tired mom.
