***Easy to assemble out...Read complete review

HERE'S MY CURRENT REVIEW BASED ON WALKING. I WILL TRY TO UPDATE AGAIN LATER ONCE I RUN AND CAN SEE HOW IT HOLDS UP OVER TIME

***Easy to assemble out of the box. The main part of the stroller is in tact. You need to put back wheels on, canopy, bumper bar, and parent console but they Velcro, snap and pop on (no screwdrivers needed). Also, you will need to adjust the straps for your child, adjust the backrest for where you want your child and adjust tracking if it's pulling to one side. I did have one flat tire that needed air. I'm waiting to see if this is going to be a sign of things to come as almost all joggers have issues with tires going flat. All in total, it was ready to go in about 20-30 minutes and my 17 month old loves the comfort of it.

***As for that reclining strap...It should be a lever to easily raise and lower the backrest but instead it's a strap with a plastic tab you need to squeeze while pulling two straps. It doesn't pull easily when trying to raise the backrest back up. Dropping it isn't a problem. However, the backrest itself is the highest on the market which truly allows for an older child. The weight limit is 70 pounds on this stroller. My 10 year old is not even 70 pounds yet but my 17 month old will get a lot of use.

***I chose the gray instead of the black. Black attracts the heat. While this is still a dark gray, it's better than black in my opinion. We got the Lynx green/gray combo. I wasn't sure about it at first. I went out on a limb purchasing this color because I am more of a neutral color person specifically for resell purposes later but this green has grown on me and I'm glad I didn't buy black. Had there been a neutral beige color combo, I probably would have purchased that. Right now, it is my understanding this only comes in black, blue, red and green but black and green are the only colors sold at the moment. The others are coming soon.

*** The weight of this stroller is only 2 ounces less than the Fold Click Connect but it definitely has a smaller feel. The other Graco was like pushing a suburban of joggers. This doesn't have that feel. It's actually hard to believe this is only 2 ounces less because it feels so much lighter. Pushing was a breeze with a 23 pound toddler. Went over bumps like a champ. Exactly what I expected.

***Gracious foot room. Don't forget a child that is small now, will be much longer later in both torso and legs so check backrest height and foot room for extra growth of your child.

***I love the size of the canopy and the extension visor and that it is UV protected but I do not like that the middle panel of the canopy does not have a parent view window also. You either have to have the canopy fully covering the child to use the window or have it all the way pushed back. With the middle stop on the canopy, you are left not viewing your child.

***Cargo area definitely needs a side zipper for accessibility. I use a smaller diaper bag and it fits but it's difficult to access that area. Don't expect to put a full size diaper bag down there. Just not going to happen. Even squishing and smushing it won't work. Bit disappointing considering Graco is known for having some of the biggest cargo areas on the market with their strollers.

***I do not like the parent console. The old parent console on the Fold Click Connect was hard plastic and seemed more durable but I read a lot of reviews of people having their cell phones come out of the holder so perhaps this is why they did away with it. This one is just a hanging mesh bag. It's cheap and tacky for such an expensive stroller and you absolutely have to have a lid on your drink because it tips forward as it dangles there. I did however get a full size Starbucks drink cup in there (left cup holder is bigger than the right) and a skinny small thermos for my older daughter in the right pocket. My cell phone and keys went into the zippered pocket in the middle of it and I did find another small pocket behind the parent console which wasn't mentioned in any reviews. It is actually attached to the backrest all the way up at the top. I used that to hold my sunglasses. There is also a large mesh pocket covering the whole backside of the backrest so lots of places to "put" things. But I'd definitely like to see a better parent console. Sturdy plastic with adjustable width cupholders would be nice with a center compartment with a lid for a phone and keys and such. Similar to what you find on regular strollers.

***All piping on the stroller is reflective for night time which I love. Gives me a bit of confidence heading out later in the day but not enough. Why aren't there reflectors on the tires? Makes no sense to me. Easy fix by purchasing a blinking bicycle light for my backside and perhaps reflectors for the wheels if you can find some that fit but still, for this price, I expect more detail and to not have to purchase things that add safety features. That should have already been taken care of.

***One of the biggest problems I had with Graco's Fold Click Connect was the height of the handlebar. At 5' 1", having my hands up so high just felt awkward. This strollers' handlebar is lower. Not a lot but it does sit at about an inch above my waist. I had no problems taking it out to walk the paved trail at the lake and it won't be a problem once I start running. I do wish however, these joggers had an adjustable handle. Not everyone is short, not everyone is tall. It shouldn't be a one size fits all handle. The only jogger I found that had an adjustable handle was the Chicco Activ3.

***One thing I noticed with this stroller vs the previous Fold Click Connect is that it can not stand on an end. I know there were a lot of problems with the kickstand not working on the previous line and the stroller would fall over. Obviously this is why they did away with that whole feature however, it's practically impossible to store this in any way where it's not going to destroy the stroller. The handle touches the ground when storing it on that end, the stroller itself touches the ground on either side when laying flat and the other side won't stand at all because of the front wheel. I haven't tried taking that wheel off to see if it makes a difference but who wants to constantly take wheels off. This is just poor design. The fold handle also has me worried because it's the handle to fold it, it's the handle to unfold it and it's obviously the handle to lift it and it just doesn't seem like it's going to hold up. Looking at how it's made, the straps holding it to the stroller are literally a quarter inch wide attached to a ½" wide handle for yanking on. For over 30 pounds in weight, I'll be surprised if this strap doesn't break.

Graco is new to selling jogging strollers and is slowly working their way up to really good quality. The Relay is a definite improvement from the Fold Click Connect and while there's some smaller technical and cosmetic issues that need to be revised, the purpose that the stroller is made for works like a dream. It is definitely going to give the ever popular BOB strollers a run for their money. With a bit more attention to detail and listening to the people actually using the products, they may just come out with a "perfect" jogging stroller quicker than those companies that have been on the market for quite some time selling them. I wouldn't underestimate Graco, not at all. I do hope as they go though, they can at least try to keep the price reasonable.

Overall, after doing comparisons of 12 different joggers (all different makers) this one met more of our needs. I've listed what we looked at in each stroller. I strongly suggest doing your homework before making a purchase and if you can, go see them in person, push them, fold them, and thoroughly check them out.

As for what we considered in a jogger:

-Weight limit
-Made sure it had a swivel wheel for walking, wheel lock for jogging (not all have this). Many have a fixed wheel.
-Made sure it was considered a true "jogging" stroller (several 3 wheeled strollers are not meant for running)
-Stroller Weight (weights in the 20's are ideal. 30's is a little heavy to lift unless you have muscle strength in your arms)
-Whether it had a parent console for drinks, keys etc
-Snack tray or bumper bar for the child. I prefer the bumper bar simply because it's a softer blow to the chest should anything gosh forbid ever happen on a run plus with a few links, toys can be attached
-Size of cargo area
-Adjustable handle in the true jogging strollers (the only one we found that had this was the Chicco Activ3)
-Price
-Color
-Where we can purchase whether online or in store. I preferred to see it before buying.
-Reviews from customers
-Whether it had a peekaboo window on the canopy
-The size of the shade. I wanted one that would cover my little one fairly well from the sun
-How easy is the stroller to fold
-The size of the tires
-Shocks (the Graco Fold Click Connect does not have shocks which means every bump will be felt)
-Hand Breaks (none of the ones we looked at have a hand break which is obviously not being done anymore but many have the hand strap to prevent stroller runaway in case you fall)
-Vents on canopy/stroller
-Recline ability
-Parking break (some require each tire to have the parking break activated. This stroller is one lever for both wheels)
-5 point harness which I believe is standard on joggers

We bought this product after seeing the quality in-store against the others available on display and as a result of the good reviews. It has yet to disappoint. Moves well, baby is comfortable. HOWEVER! We had originally intended this to be our only stroller, but it is way too big and HEAVY so we had to buy a smaller one. I know it's a jogging stroller and with that comes some bulk and weight, but since I've seen quite a few other high-quality joggers that appear much less cumbersome.

Great for growing grandchild transitioning from infant stroller to toddler stroller. So easy to steer and push around on many terrains and great for jogging as well. Only drawback is the weight of the stroller to get in and out of the car trunk.

Comments about Graco Relay Click Connect Performance Jogger Stroller - Lynx:

We got this stroller to act as our only/every day stroller. Although larger/longer than regular strollers, I really like how easily it maneuvers (can use one hand), especially on bumpy surfaces...very smooth ride. It is comfortable for everyday use, although heavy and somewhat difficult to get into and out the car. Like other reviewers said, it'd be best to have an SUV or hatchback. (I have a Prius and it pretty much takes up the whole trunk.) I also like that the Graco car seat fits into it, which has mostly been how I've used it thus far (baby is 8 months old).
Here's what I don't like: the car seat gets stuck in it, and I have to jiggle it loose. I don't understand what causes that, but it seems like poor design. I also don't like that when folded, the stroller doesn't stand up well and there's no obvious way in which it should be laid down. It either rests on the canopy, or on the front wheel and the bar. It fits better in the car if it's resting on the canopy, but then the canopy gets squished and distorted and it's harder to open up from that position. If it rests on the front wheel and the bar, it's easier to open up as you're lifting it out of the car, but then the big wheels are up in the air. Also, there's no handle from which to lift it or carry it folded, which I find annoying. I usually lift it by the pull strap that opens/closes it, and I can't imagine that the strap is designed for that...I fully expect that strap might snap one of these days.
Overall, I really like the stroller, but if I were to do it over again, I don't think I would get it as the every day stroller. It's great as a jogger, though, and even better for walking.

I Love this stroller that was a gift at my baby shower!!! I'm 5'4" so height of the handle is comfortable. Love the box in the center of the handle, it helps with one hand pushing while running. Very light, easy to put into vehicle. Easy on all terrains... Beach, gravel road, pavement! The reviews weren't good for the organizer for drinks, etc. but for me it works. This is my first kid and I have plenty of room, I can see where it might be a problem if you have a couple kids. The storage basket also got poor reviews but I think it's big enough. I overstuff my diaper bag sometimes so I have to stuff it in through the side rather than the back but it still fits which is what I care about!

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I hate that it doesn't have a kick stand so the handle gets dirty easily bc I have to set it on the ground to put in my vehicle.

Comments about Graco Relay Click Connect Performance Jogger Stroller - Lynx:

This stroller is so smooth and just feels durable. We plan to use it quite frequently over the next 5-10 years, so we needed something that will last and I really think this one will. It is surprisingly compact for how big it is and even though the basket is a little small, there is still plenty of storage throughout the stroller. I do wish it was self standing when folded, but that's not really a big deal.

Comments about Graco Relay Click Connect Performance Jogger Stroller - Lynx:

We had a hard time deciding between the Graco Fast Action Jogger and this one, but decided that we like the shocks, and front wheel lock better on the Relay, so we went with it.

So far, I love this stroller! The canopy is big and covers my son completely from the mid-day sun. The tires and shocks are great for a rougher ride. Our car seat clicks in perfect, and the canopy covers the infant seat entirely, so my son is't exposed to the elements at all. The regular seat reclines easily and is easy to change positions quickly. It's easy to fold and unfold, although very big to move around once folded.

Things I would change:the cargo net on the bottom, as it's really hard to fit the diaper bag in under there. and the drink/ phone pouch on the back- it lays too flat to easily stick a drink in and it flops around if the stroller bounces.

                            Overall a great stroller though.
