I have used two other brands of washable pads and two brands of dispoable pads. These were by far the worst of all. Right out of the package they were curled up on the edges and showed through my bra and shirt. After washing once, they came out all balled up and wrinkly, not shaped to my breast at all. The lumpiness, apart from not looking very nice, was also really uncomfortable-- misshapen, thick fabric clumped around my already tender nipples. Would tell everyone NOT to waste their money on this brand!

I bought four different brands of washable pads from the store. This is the best of them, absorbing well, no leaking, and comfortable.

I already had washable breast pads.
I thought ,the Medela pads might be more expensive; however, this brand is high quality so it's worth it. BUT, they are worse than the less expensive brand.
I thought ,the Medela pads are larger so they will absorb more. BUT, they leak faster than the other brand, and right in the middle. Most of the pad doesn't even get a drop.
I thought ,the Medela pads will cup to me better, and show less. BUT, it's made to be reversible, so the cups don't actually cup, they kind of curl on the edges. The curling shows worse than my other breast pads do.
Overall, not happy.

I was very disappointed in these nursing pads from Medela, who I consider to be "the" nursing brand. The pads are flat as a pancake, not contoured to your breast, so they look like you stuffed your bra with paper towels. They also are very damp after one feeding, which make your bra damp, therefore making them useless. Maybe they're good for Mom's who barely leak? Not worth the money for me.

I was very excited to find something to save me money such as these washable nursing pads. However, they are not very good at all. They shrivel up into balls in the dryer and do not hold shape well at all. Very bulky looking and not enough coverage. Comparable to placing a papertowel in my bra.

I really wanted to love these pads! I tend to gravitate towards anything re-usable, and away from anything disposable, so these bra pads seemed perfect to me. Unfortunately, even though I washed them with sensitive skin laundry detergent, they irritate my nipples. I don't have a big problem with leakage, just a small amount here and there, but that small amount acts like glue with these pads--they stick right to the middle of my nipple and are painful to pull off. They leave a fuzzy residue on my skin as well. I'm honestly surprised by this, because the pads feel so soft in my hands. Also these pads are a little bulky. They don't match my shape very well, so they end up bunching and wrinkling inside my bra, which adds to my discomfort. So sad these didn't work for me!

These pads are great! I love that I can wash them and reuse them. I used them with my first son and I am using them again with my second! I have several sets so that i can use some and wash others. I also tried another brand (something I found at [@] because i was running out of time) and they didnt work! I highly recommend these. oh and i also used the disposiable ones as well and wasn't very happy with them because during the summer they would come undone in my shirt thus moving around..not where I needed them and when I needed them.

These pads are lumpy and scratchy. I have several other brands (not sold by babies r us) that I'm much happier using.

I use these pads twice daily. I pump every 2-4 hours and these pads do hold in my leakage. I have very sensitive skin and the pads are soft even after several washes. I wash them with my son's clothes on delicate, and then dry on delicate. I wear a thick lightly padded bra with the medela nursing pad inserted and no lumps appear. If I wear a thin bra, then of course I'll have lumps when wearing the nursing pads.
Overall, the pads serves it's purpose and I'm happy. I use about 2 pads in a 24 hour period.
