A friend of mine recommended this to me when we were talking about the registry. She knew that I was planning on breastfeeding and said it was better to have my daughter close by, especially in the first 2 months. I was so happy to have this at home. My daughter slept right beside me and my husband, and I could attend to her whenever I needed to without getting out of bed. I put my daughter to sleep in her own room at about 6 months, and it was an easy transition. She was getting too long to sleep in it, and I knew she would need more space. I highly recommend this for breastfeeding moms or moms who want to be closer to their child without putting them in their own room. Just remember that you need to have the extra space on your bedside. It's a great buy and you won't regret it!

I wanted to love this. I was so excited when I got it as a shower gift. Unfortunately, it hasn't turned out so great. I ended up having a C-Section, and instead of being helpful this product made it more difficult for me to get out of bed. The other issue I have is that I have to take my daughter out of the cosleeper for breastfeeding, then lift her to put her back into the sleeper, since it does not mount flush to the bed. This wakes her up. The mattress itself is so hard. Infants need a firm sleeping surface, but this is literally HARD. My daughter is five weeks old now, and I am going to try and transition her into her crib since she ends up in my bed every night. She sleeps much better during naptime in her pack-n-play with vibration.

I was desperate for sleep, the only place my LO would sleep was in my arms. My husband was on the couch for a month and we had tried everything. We had 2 bassinets a playpen ,2 swings ,bouncers, you name it we tried it and the baby wouldnt sleep in any of them.I am so happy with this bed,my Lo slept in it the first night and everynight since we put it up. I wish i had it withy other 2,very convenient for breastfeeding mothers as well.

My daughter loves her bed and we do too! fits perfectly next to our bed and we have a low platform bed. I didnt think it was going to be short enough for it. It also comes with leg extenders also if you have a taller bed. Also people are saying the sheets for this are expesive. I have come to find that changing pad sheets also fit.

Comments about Arm's Reach Concepts Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper - Tan Dot:

Very simple to assemble, it's much like a pack and play but smaller. You have to option to use as a normal bassinet or a co sleeper. We purchased the tan dot one which had a very cute and subtle pattern perfect for a boy or a girl. It seems like it will last a long time as well. Very easy to pack back up. If you have a smaller room and want something more versatile I would recommend it. It's also very easy to move, it has two wheels on one end that rotate in all directions unlike a pack and play usually does, so it is very easy to move from room to room if you wish. Very sturdy. I feel very safe placing my baby in it.

Comments about Arm's Reach Concepts Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper - Tan Dot:

We just received our Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper in Tan Dot. It was easy to set up and came with good directions. My husband and I set it up in both positions and we were equally pleased with how sturdy the bassinet was. We think it will be perfect for our baby once she arrives.
After doing weeks of research, we decided to go with this bassinet because it can hold more weight and there is more room for the baby. We visited several stores and other bassinets didn't match the sturdiness and size of the Arm's Reach.
There is a large zippered storage underneath the bassinet and pockets on the sides. It is easy to move and doesn't take up a huge amount of space in our bedroom. Most of the latches can be hidden in velcro pockets.
There are two reasons why this bassinet is a little less than perfect. First, there is writing on the fabric. I understand the reasoning behind this but I believe that a good booklet for directions and warnings should suffice for any product. Secondly, the mattress is a bit hard. It seems like the mattress was made with convenience in mind rather than comfort. Because it is thin, it is easy to store and tote.
Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with this bassinet and would have given it a 4.5 if we could. We are sure we will be happy with the Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper even after the baby arrives!

I registered for this when I was pregnant with my second child (girl). I wasn't really that adament about getting it but thought "oh, what the heck." I must tell you, this thing has been fabulous. It is easy to use, very comfortable and my daughter has slept in it from the day she came home till now. She is 8 mo. now and it is time to say good-bye to the wonderful product. The only thing I wish is that I would have had one with my first child.

I used this co-sleeper up till my little girl was 4months old. I loved having her close to me the first few months. Also having it strapped to the bed made me feel very secure. I had to get the leg extentions because my bed was high, but I still felt like it was very sturdy. The mattress part wasn't the most comfy, but it did the job. I will definitely use this again with my next child.

Not sure what I think of it in person.......black writing all over it the matress is folded in two and cannot get the crease out of it and when we were trying to put it together forgot about the velcrow under the matress and it ripped. Now I am scared when the baby is born the tear will continue. Dont seem very safe but I only plan on using it a couple of weeks. Again.....these companys produce products to make money charge high prices and CANNOT BACK IT UP WITH QUALITY. I have bought everything for safety not looks and I am disappointed in this product. Great if you travel or have a small room. If you were like me this was a hard decision to buy a sleeper.......I wouldnt recommend this product.

Comments about Arm's Reach Concepts Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper - Tan Dot:

I had 2 C-sections 14 months apart and this was the best product ever!I actually bought the old baby blue pattern since it matched my bedroom decor better. My second daughter required a feeding tube and had Horrible reflux, and this enabled her to be right next to us. I didn't need to worry about her feeding pump or her yanking her tube out and choking during the night. We used a sleep positioner which provided padding. It was easy for me to prop books under the front of the mattress to prop her head up. She had surgery @ 6 months and I slept so much better having her beside me. We used it until she was 9 months old with no problems. I do recommend buying a bunch of extra sheets and washing them a lot before use. The only thing I didn't like was the sheets weren't very soft, they were thin, and the velcro stuck to everything in the wash including the sheet. Do not put the sheets in the dryer or they will never fit again. I too had trouble with a few of the latches but what baby product doesn't give us trouble.I do wish the fabric on the sleeper came off to wash it. But this was a great product that lasted through 2 kids and I still have it to pass on to my friend when she has a baby.
