These are extremely thin. You can see through them, even the middle panel is so thin you can see light when you hold them up. I planned to use them as burp clothes but they are so poor quality I'm going to take them back and get something else. They aren't even true prefolds, if you read the package they have a padded middle section made with polyester batting.

I have these as well as Gerber's Premium and use both as burp cloths. My baby has reflux, and these work best for cleaning his little mouth. They are nice and soft. I wouldn't recommend them for your shoulder, because the spit up will soak through. For that purpose, I suggest the Premium ones.

I use these as burp cloths. I have also added fabric embelishments and given them as gifts. The recipients have given me good feedback too.
I use cloth diapers as well, but would not use these for that purpose. They are just too thin. (Purchase some diaper service quality chinese prefolds online if you want to give cloth diapering a go.)

I don't use these as diapers, I use them as burp cloths and cleanup cloths. they work really well because they are so absorbent and you can just throw them in the wash and clean them up. They seem a little bit rough to me to be on baby bottom's...but hey if they work for everyone, then great :) I carry a couple in my diaper bag and have them in every room baby will be in

These are wonderful burp cloths! Our son has reflux so we go through several per day. They are super absorbant, and have washed up very well for us. (and we wash them almost every day)

my husband and i decided it was time to convert to cloth diapers for organic and economic reasons. we chose these one and we love these. i do however use 2 at a time for extra absorbency, and then the plastic diaper cover. but i just love love love these! and they were so inexpensive and they also are so low maintenance. i have never had a problem with them staining or washing bad. i wash them on gentle and they come all fluffy for my baby! will forever have these and recommend these for burpies and diapers!
