The Fisher-Price Rainforest Bouncer features a new rainforest themed fashion and toy bar with a see-thru 'waterfall' as the centerpiece created by lights and clear spinning helixes that create the effect of a waterfall. 2 colorful character friends up top, a monkey and a toucan, keep baby visually stimulated while 2 hanging toys provide lots of activity with spinners and flutters that have lots of bright colors and textures. The toy bar easily removes for getting baby in & out. Two great modes of play include: 1. mom activated - with 6 longer, continous playing songs and 2. baby activated - with 6 shorter songs plus 3 SFX that reward baby for active play with the toys. Also includes mom activated calming vibrations and volume control. 3 point restraint keeps baby safely seated and the pad is sacked out to fully support baby's head, neck and shoulders. Use from birth until the child is able to sit upright unassisted

Keeps baby entertained

I really like this bouncer. Now, at first I hated it =) I got it at my baby shower and to be honest, I would have never picked this one out. But, it has proven to be a great bouncer. I know some have commenting on the toys hanging too low, and I thought that at first too until my daughter reached about 8 weeks old. At first she just liked the vibration and I didn't use the attachment. But then one day my husband decided to put it on and she loved it. I mean went nuts over it! She got very excited and started kicking her legs and moving her arms; it was very amusing to watch.

When she got to about 3 months old she started grabbing onto the parrot and monkey that hang down. So then I saw why they designed them to hang so low....so little arms can reach them! She really grabs onto them too and tries to pull them to her. So even though it does seem like they hang low, it is actually a good thing. Just keep re-introducing the attachment part to your baby to see when they are ready to see it as an entertaining piece of equipment =)

I don't like the music and jungle noises. It's annoying and I don't think my daughter cares either way. It has an option for sound to be on low, high or off. With the sound off the lights still go and the little animals still move back and forth by the waterfall, so she is still interested even without the sound.

Another annoying feature is when it turns back on by baby activity, it does not remember what sound setting you had it on and automatically goes to high, which is pretty loud. So if your baby falls asleep with it on , make sure you turn the power off so they don't activate it by moving and the music or sounds wake them up!

Overall great product. I have used it everyday since she was 6 weeks old. She used to nap in it, but not anymore, but she still sits in it when not on the floor or being held =)

We got this as a shower gift for our second child. We never had a bouncer seat for our first child and I can't believe we survived without it. This bouncer seat was such a lifesaver with the second child. I put him in it and put him up on the bar, so child #1 could not get him and bounce him to death. He loved the lights, sounds and motions on it. He loved kicking the hanging animals with his feet at about 3 to 4 months old. The only problems we had were that the wiring wasn't very good because all the lights and sounds and motions stopped working after 5 months of usage. And my older child fell on it once and now it doesn't sit up as high as it used to. We can still use the vibrating feature for friends' babies, but that's all that still works on it.

Grandson loves it. The bright blue light that lights up in the waterfall really gets his attention. Even the little frog and monkey moves. I love the vibrating chair. The cover that goes on the bouncer's chair is easy to take off and wash if it gets dirty. Last but not least the activity bar on the bouncer comes off, which is good at those times that you just want to use the bouncer for you and your baby quiet face to face time. It is also easy to put in the car and take with you places.

Perfect for learning

My son got the learning table for Christmas; He loves to open and close the computer pal; and he grabs the phone receiver as soon as he starts playing. We use it mostly in spanish mode so he can learn both languages. It's also a resistent toy because he is a strong child an often puts the table upside down and still works perfectly.

My kids loved the noises and light, but the bird and monkey toys were set too low. The twins only ever banged their knees on them. Not that it bothered them, but they could not reach the toys with their hands.

My daughter LOVES to bounce and jump so when we got this she immediatly loved it! She LOVES the spinning toys and really could be in it for hours! My only complaint is the straps have 3 seat adjustments but the area between option 2 and 3 isn't sewn closed so technically we only have 2 seat options...

Other than BLOWING through batteries, we loved every part of this bouncer! Used it for two girls and they loved the music and lights and sounds. By the second child the seat seemed a bit lower, but maybe not. Wish it would have been able to be plugged in, the kids may not ever have wanted to be out of it!

For a while, it's the only thing that my now 5 month old would sleep in. It has done wonders for us and i'd recommend this product to anybody! The settings are perfect, and the music and sounds are great and put my little man right to sleep. Also comes with a toy tray that snaps on and off that was perfect! And it also sits up so he can sit up and play as he's gotten older and enjoys being more alert and involved with whats going on in the house. Perfect swing. I plan on keeping it around for my next child.
