When i got the pool, the kids were excited and we started to set it up, after filling the pool we discovered a hole in the float ring AND the pump was leaking! in short, 2000 gallons of water wend DOWN THE DRAIN!
but what kicked me back was the fact that IT'S NOT 13 FT FOR SURE!!! after measuring it was hardly 11 ft!!! needless to say, it went straight back to the store! the ONLY upside i can think of is the stuff at Toys r us which understood the matter and returned it without any hard time given.
PS. If you are counting on poly group costumer service - FORGET ABOUT IT! they placed me on hold for an hour! until i got tiered and just let it go...

This pool set up easy and was on level ground as it did not roll at all for 3 months. Then the problems start, leaks in the inflatable ring, pump not strong enough to keep it clean, and then the pool starts rolling and one morning it was completely empty. Got it out this year in hopes for better luck in a new spot but there were so many holes in the inflatable ring we couldn't keep up with them, also a huge tear in the bottom seam. Just went and bought a metal frame pool, hoping for some better luck with this one.

We set the pool up, but the ground was not level enough, before morning all the water ran out. Tried again in a better spot, same thing. Paid my lawn guy to make a level place, that worked, but then the pump died. Awful customer service. Got a sand filter with pump online, that works great. Got pool vac that hooks to garden hose at local HW store.

Nice product..Well packaged,all parts nicely wrap and accounted for..Decided to return pool, unused..It has been a week now, and no word about return..
Check the return policy, just in case..You will be surprised, no store return..

It's a great pool.

I love it and would recommend this pool.

JUST an FYI,

Do NOT pump up the ring of the pool till it's completely full and shows no wrinkles.

IF you leave it a little soft there won't be any leaks!!

Set up is fairly easy, but don't believe the "ready in 15 minutes" on box. I leveled the ground quickly because I wanted to get this set up do to week of extremem heat. Well, it shifted and became oval. Drained it and made sure ground was completely level and re-filled. Junk, Oval again. It won't hold it's shape. I have an active 9 year old and a 2 year old that love the water, and this pool doesn't cut it. maybe for gramma that is just gonna stand still. Buy a frame pool, that's my next move. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I should have done my research before buying this pool. We bought it because of it's size. Filled it up to find out our ground is 2" unlevel from one end of the pool to the next. It was very lopsided. Called Toys r Us and they said they don't return pools which was stated on their return policy but I could call the manufacturer and they would handle it. Called the # they gave me, turns out they are just the waranty people and good luck getting any money back from the maufacturer based in China. They were friendly at least and suggested we rent a roller to pack the ground. Yeah right! Opted for the sand method which they advised against, spent almost as much money on sand as the price pool and 5 hours of labor to make sure it was level before refilling the pool. It is fine now (a week later) and the kids have had fun in it but it was definitly not worth the trouble or the money. The pump is inadequate also and is horrible at cleaning debris. Also buy your accessories and chemicals elsewhere they are way over priced at TRU.

I got this pool to keep my kids busy this summer, it's been just over two weeks and it's working great. It took awhile to level out the ground snd make sure no rocks were under it. All in all I thinks it's great.

I ordered this pool on May 2 and received it by the 4th. We have tried countless times to level the area and fill the pool with the same results. It doesn't matter how level the spot seems to be everytime we start to fill the pool it rolls when about half way full. I was so excited and so were my kids....not any more. This was a waste of my time and $. I have now found out that I probably will not be able to return it to the store or wharehouse. I feel like such a sucker.

Spent all weekend leveling the ground and putting down sand, filled the ring with air, filled the pool with water...woke the next morning and the ring was completely deflated! Filled it back up twice to try to locate the leak, but with no luck. Our son is completely disappointed that he can't go in his great new pool. [*] Can't we just buy a good product at a decent price...is that too much to ask? Now off to argue with the store or manufacturer to find out what to do next...oh boy, I have that kind of time in my day, how about you??
