All Aspen Chests are ready to assemble (RTA) and feature the following: solid wood top, drawer fronts, face and frames, solid wood handles, drawers with steel glides and safety stoppers (white may contain engineered wood products).

Purchased this for my daughter to use in the nursery because it matches the glider she received. Looks wonderful. Only problem is due to the measurements, I also purchased a changing pad which is too long for the top. If purchasing this item, you need a 30" pad rather than 32"

This is absolutely the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought. It is pure junk. First I had issues where the knobs kept coming off. Turns out they are corkboard inside the knobs so they end up stripping the screw right out and you cannot fix that. Then the drawers since they are also corkboard cheap board ends up falling off the rails. The actual metal rails that are connected to the drawers wont stay on because those screws strip out as well since they are being held in to corkboard. JUNK! It definitely looks pretty and I have the entire set - crib, changing table and this dresser but this is a total piece of junk.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Loved this dresser for the first few months but after awhile, the drawers started to fall apart. They are on tracks and the sides of the dresser were not staying together. The drawers started to fall off the tracks. We have to constantly "fix" it every time we get something out. Was happy with the look, but not so happy now that it is falling apart.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a really nice looking dresser and it seems sturdy enough. However, beware that it is pretty small. In fact - you can not use a standard size 16x32 changing pad on top. You'll need to get a pad that's 16x30 and then it'll be just fine. Bottom line - would recommend, but not as your only dresser...you will need more storage than this will provide.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
