This product worked wonders in helping to position the baby perfectly. It helped teach the baby how to latch on. I was in tears until I started using it. Since it wraps around your back, it prevented the awful backaches I was getting from improper posture. LOVED IT!! My only complaint would be that you can't put the slipcover in the dryer.

I liked the idea of having a product that went all the way around and snapped in place. The pocket was also a great plus. But the pillow was always too hard and flat for my baby to get settled on and relax enough to want to feed. I switched to the Bobby Nursing Pillow and I love it. Too bad it doesn't have the pocket....

This is the best nursing pillow available! A friend of mine suggested it and I initially ignored her and registered only for the Boppy. After struggling for a couple of weeks with trying to nurse my infant on the Boppy I gave the Brest Friend a try. It was immediately perfect, comfortable for me and my baby. Don't shy away from this product just because it looks strange it really makes nursing a lot easier and more comfortable! I still use my Boppy for the baby to lounge on but the Brest Friend is the ONLY nursing pillow I use! Buy extra slipcovers for sure and December 1st they introduced the travel version of the pillow.

After two weeks of breastfeeding with another pillow, I had was suffering back pain and my baby was having awkward latch-ons. Then my son's pediatrician recommended this pillow (and lent me hers!) and breastfeeding was instantly easier (not easy, but easier). Great pillow -- the others don't compare. If cost is an issue, the standard will do you. Don't bother with the deluxe.

This pillow is so bulky, it makes nursing so unnatural. I found a normal pillow to work just as well and without spending all that money. I used this pillow for the first month and after I got the hang of breastfeeding I didn't use the pillow again! I wouldn't recommend this, I would suggest investing in something else that will get more use.

Love this pillow! It was perfect from day one. It stays put and offers great support for a nursing infant. I never had any issues with the piece in the back making it uncomfortable. So much better than the Boppy which creates a gap between you and the pillow. When my son was a newborn he would just sink into the Boppy gap, which made it very hard to nurse. Then I got the Breast friend and was in love! I think the Boppy gets more hype so more people go with it, but the Brest Friend is more practical and offers better nursing support. If you plan on nursing you won't regret buying this item.

This product is amazing! WAY better than the boppy. It is adjustable to your body, so it fits perfectly, plus, because you strap it on, you can get up if you need to and not disrupt you baby nursing.

Breastfeeding and love this - much better than the 'competition' (you know, Bo..y which was too soft). This is much more firm and I love the fact that you can stand right up and not worry about it falling off - stays right in place. Washable cover with a pocket for bibs, bottles, water, etc.

Horrible! I do not recommend the Breast Friend Pillow. It does not allow you to sit back and relax. The part that goes around the back makes sitting very uncomfortable! I tried using it and it made my after birth pack pains worse.

I am a first time mom and this pillow was given to me by a friend. It was one of the best gifts I got. It is so useful. It helps to position the baby correctly for the latch position. There is absolutely no strain on the back for those long hours of nursing. It helps tho keep the hands free. Extremely useful!
