Super easy to use. The music really does distract the baby long enough to get the aspirator in their nostril. It is loud though and makes a loud noise. Our 4 month old didn't mind us using it at first. He hated the bulb aspirator but let us use this on him. You know you're actually sucking out the mucus because you hear it! And if you get enough of it, it will go into the clear collection cup. It's very easy to take apart to clean and it's amazing all the gunk you get out of it. Sometimes though, you won't see the mucus in the cup and you'll think it didn't work but it's still in the tip. I would definitely recommend.

This product does not work. Good idea but the suction is not strong enough to do anything. Waste of money.

I am so disappointed in this item as I heard good things about it. I had to return TWO of these aspirators because they stopped suctioning. I only had each one for less than a week. I followed all directions when cleaning this item, and only used it for normal wear on one toddler. Very disappointed!

I was told I couldn't have a baby without having this device in my home. I hated it at first. This device isn't too great at getting dry snot out. But my 9 month old has been terribly sick with mucus for the past week. I decided as last resort to give this another shot. IT'S A MIRACLE. it completely cleared all the mucus out. She's not coughing and I hear NOTHING but air coming out from her sweet nose. Sooo glad I gave it another try!!

I purchased the hospital type nasal suction bulbs and they were useless. After purchasing this product, I can actually relieve my baby's nasal congestion. My baby doesn't really mind the suction and definitely appreciates being able to breathe better. This is one of the best baby products I've bought to date. Definitely a must have.

My sister-in-law has twins and she recommended this product. Our baby girl hated the blue nasal aspirator that the hospital gave us. This product does a better job of clearing her nose and our little girl giggles when we use it. The music helps to distract her and the vibrations tickle her nose. We have even used the music to put her to sleep when in a bind on vacation.
Some people commented that there are small parts but you just need to be careful when washing it that the gray ring doesn't go down the drain. If it does Graco will send you a new one.

After reading reviews, I decided to give this product a try. I hate to say it, but it is useless. It doesn't get ANYTHING out. The idea is cool, but it just doesn't work.
Save your money and use the $1.99 bulb. I am also going to try the Nosefrida Nasal Aspirator as my dr. just suggested it for my 5 month old with a cold, he said he has had great reviews from his patients.

My little 7 month old boy had heavily congested nasal passages and being a baby he still hadn't learned to blow his nose.

Like any concerned parent I went online to research the best product on the market that would work best for the baby. I overlooked the comments that said the product is noisy, especially the comments the said it didn't work and figured those customers were just being mean about the product. Plus there were some that claimed it works.

IT DOESN'T WORK. At least not effectively and definitely not sufficiently. With or without saline drops. Plus with the baby, the music didn't help, the noise was scaring the baby and my baby doesn't get scared easily, so he moved around to avoid the machine fighting me with his hands.

I tried it on myself to see if indeed it was extracting all the mucus it could extract. It did NOT extract but a small amount of mucus, it was slow, LOUD and ineffective.

Please don't buy this product you're throwing away good money for nothing.
