This product is wasted plastic. My kids wanted this so badly last Christmas and honestly, my 10 yr old couldnot make it work!! The handle doesnt turn easily or really at all with ice in it. When we opend the box we even wondered if everything was there! I ended up actually throwing it away after 2 attempted uses. i couldnt even donate it in good conscience. It seems someone is just trying to make a buck with some flimsy nostalgia--update the product!

Dont waste your money on this toy. The handle will not stay on the snoopy house after 2 or 3 turns. I wished I would have purchased another sno-cone maker. All my daughter got out of this one is disappointment.

My brother and I had this when we were kids and it was the coolest thing ever! When I saw this online I just thought "no way, they still make those?!"

All the people who are whining about how hard it is and how little it makes, what did you expect? While I admit that it's poor advertising for the company to claim that kids can make the snow cones themselves... you're basically taking the equivalent of a cheese grater to ice cubes. How could you possibly think that adult help isn't going to be needed? Even when I was a kid with the old one we had, my mom had to help us make them, and yes, it did take forever to make a small snow cone. But it was still awesome! Maybe if you all taught your kids how to appreciate having to put in some effort to get a tasty reward, you wouldn't have such disappointed children. But for those who can appreciate the fact that you're creating something totally on your own, and it's edible... well, enough said. I didn't even buy this new one for kids, I bought it for me, because I remember how much I loved the old one.

I haven't gotten mine in the mail yet, so we'll see if it's more flimsy than the old model. I've read the handle might have some issues, but I'm so excited to get it that I don't care. Nothin' a little super glue can't fix.

I used to have one when i was a child, and somehow lost it, when i moved here i found it in a box in my shed, it was probably 7 or 8 years old, and it was working great, i felt like a little kid again

We are totally in love with sno-cones and we have been dying for one for a year! This Snoopy Sno-Cone Maker is very productive, cute, and the sno-cones that it makes are delicious. We would reccommend this to anyone that wants to try it. Feel free to do that. The only con is that sometimes the handle gets stuck when you turn it. When you are on the road you might want to drop by toy r us , (LOL) and by this wonderful fasinating snow- cone machine !

We opened the box today and assembled it as instructed. The "locking" piece comes off constantly while turning the handle to shave the ice. When it comes off the "locking" piece and the handle go flying across the kitchen. For the few turns it actually makes it in full rotation it barely shaves anything. I worked for 20 minutes and we barely had anything. The entire thing slides across the counter when turning the handle, the "pads" don't do anything. Terrible product...don't waste your money....use the money and take your kids out for ice cream.

For years my girlfriend wanted one from her parents for Christmas, but never got one. I saw it available during the Christmas season, but it was sold out before I could get one. So I got it for her birthday and she loves it.

This product is such a waste of money! It doesn't shave the ice and the crank is so hard to turn while holding the machine in place...NO small child could do this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
