I love these, we've used them on 4 our kids. It's perfect or babies who spit up and it's helps by preventing them from swallowing air. Years back platter made these and you pulled the plastic over the rim, them screwed the top on. The reason I mention this, is because a couple of times the plastic liner rim has moved and caused formula to go everywhere. We just use caution when pushing air out of the bottle because of this...
Bottles and nipples are also easier to clean using these. Perfect for those with bigger hands (:

I bought these because I have 3 of the drop-ins bottles. I like them because they help decrease gas in my little one, but they do create more trash. Its convenient if you don't want to carry a lot. You can bring some liners and some sterile nipples (you can buy them separately) and you only need to carry one bottle.

I'm not going through another night of having to change my son's shirt and put towels on the bedsheets because this bottle leaks. I'm surprised there are not more complaints regarding this issue. I have 3 of these bottles, and seems these supposed "leak proof" liners leak like crazy. I called playtex to report this problem, they offered to send me liners and I refused because what is the use? I've had many boxes, but they all have the same problem, they leak. Just improve the product.

On my registry I had Dr. Browns, Ventaire.
And as much as I liked the Ventaire, he was still a little fussy and gassy. I didn't put these because people complained about the price of liners.. I tried these and he loves to eat now. He doesn't fight me anymore. This is very worth it and I wash the liners 2 more times each to use. Veryy worth it. The nipple on these bottles also didn't stop him from breastfeeding

This was the best bottle ever. Its easy to make a bottle on the go, washing is a breeze. I know a lot of people are concerned about the liners and BPA free etc. The formula isn't in the bottle liners long enough for it to be a problem. If you travel this system is great because you only have to wash the nipples and tops, the rest rinse and throw away. I recommend it all the time to new moms.

love love love these bottles, it was so easy to bounce back and forth from breast to bottle with these, we purchased the latex nipples so i think the texture of them and the shape of the playtex nipples period were a big help!they are just like the human breast! my son has had no gas at all, i should have used these full time with my daughter, who i used the 4 ounce bottles and the breast pump but didnt buy the 8oz we just used the cheap regular bottle, by evenflo or parents choice resulting in her being colic, i will never go back to any other baby bottle, these are the BEST for sure, i love that they are expandable but i do wish the measurements for the regular drop ins were printed on the newer case like they are on the older style bottles, because yes these are expensive and store brand every once in awhile could help cut down on spending, but that has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product :)

also just a side note, these are much thicker and more durable than any store brand!

I cant say anything bad about these. They work well and its so easy to throw them out and not have to clean a bottle. Basically Im leaving this comment as a suggestion to moms. If you havent already seen the Playtex breast milk storage containers, you should check them out. They go with the drop ins and have a attachment so you can fill the drop in bags straight from your breast pump. My second suggestion is buy just a few of the drop in bottles ( I have 4) then buy a bunch of replacement nipples. You only really need to clean the nipples and rinse the plastic bottle parts quick. : ) These liners, bottles,storage pieces make life easy. Ohh... you can freeze the liners too.

I hate this liners so much that I have purchased another brand of bottles. They "shrink up" at the bottom of the liner, making it impossible to know how much is in the bottle. They are also very pricey.

We love the playtex drop-ins. They are super easy to use, never leak and are consistent every time. Even if you get "scrunched up" ones just fill with hot water and they regain their full shape! Woulnd't use another brand! Love these!
