This was the first nipple my daughter would take when we first introduced the bottle after exclusively breastfeeding for a month. I think it is because it had the lowest flow of the four that we tried and she had to make the same motions as she did on the breast to get it flowing. Now it is not so good at 3 months cause she prefers a much faster flow but I do recommend it for the first couple months. Since she uses a bottle much less often than breast feeding, the nipples have held up pretty well but I also hand wash them instead of using the dish washer.

I highly recommend the latex nipples if you are a breastfeeding mom. We tried 3 different bottles that all had silicone nipples and my baby wouldn't take any of them. I was really starting to worry since I only had one more week of leave. I decided to try the latex nipples. The first try he drank 3oz no fussing. However this just goes to show that all babies are different. My first baby would only drink from silicone nipples.

This is the only nipple that my breastfed baby boy would use. He wont take any other bottle's nipple- and I tried about every kind out there!

I buy extra nipples for traveling...just change out the liner and nipple and you have a brand new bottle ready to go, no need to wash.

We were so happy to find these latex nipples!!! I exclusively breastfed my son until the 4 week mark when we started to try introducing a bottle so that he would be able to take one when he started daycare. We tried Avent, NUK, and Tommy Tippee without success. He is very selective with the texture of the nipple and these all have silicone nipples only. Since he will only take a latex pacifier, I decided to try to find a bottle that had the option of a latex nipple. Playtex is the only brand bottle that has latex nipples. He immediately took the bottle and it takes about 20 minutes for him to take down 4-5 oz instead of the 2 hours that it was taking him with the silicone nipples (not to mention no frusturated screaming involved with feeding any longer). Thank goodness Playtex offers the latex nipple which is much closer to feeding from the breast than the silicone nipples! I'm not sure what we would do without these nipples! I already stocked up in case we have a second child!! As mentioned in posts, one of the nipples out of 4 that I opened was defective and had to be tossed. It does seem like Playtex need better quality assurance on their production line, but since this is the only bottle/nipple my baby will take, I can get past it.

This is the only nipple my son will take! He hates the silicon nipple. The only reason I use these bottles is for the nipple :) and besides the fact that they're easy to clean!

My 2 month old has decided to stop using the bottle and with me going back to work next week, I have been in a scramble to find a fix. THE Platex Latex nipple along with the bag liners work so well and after trying so many bottles, it is the only nipple that is close to the breast to him. I am thanking God every feeding since we purchased them! Only thing, I had to puchase many of them since they do not last too long AND the slow flow only seems to follow half of them. For some reason not all of the nipple holes are small enought and My son tends to not like them so I have to go threw and find which ones work well for him. Eitherway, since I am going back to work, having found a nipple that my son will use while in the care of other people makes me so happy now!

These are the ONLY nipples my son will take - Lifesaver! He will not take any silicone type of nipples. I went and bought some additional ones because you need to replace them every 2 mos or so, which I dont mind, but came to realize the quality control is terrible. The slow flow I bought were just as fast as the fast flow! So it is a hit or miss buying these nipples. I also ordered through [...] and same thing! So out of 6 nipples, I only have 1 that is true slow flow. I have yet to run into the problem of no hole as other reviews have stated but now have experienced the variances in the flows of these nipples
