My husband bought these for our daughter and every time we use them she chokes on them. The nipple is way too long. Not to mention she can't keep it in her mouth. It might be better for an older baby but even now at almost 3 months she's choking and having difficulty keeping enough suction to keep it in her mouth.

Baby doesn't like them and neither do I. They also cover a ridiculously large portion of baby's face.

The hospital gave my son his first soothie pacifier. He absolutely loved it! I bought some more. He would not take any other pacifier, and looks so cute sucking on it. It works great for putting him to bed when he's fussy or when he started teething (15 weeks) put that Soothie in and he'd suck and chew on it.

I used these with my third daughter because she took to it when they gave one to us at the hospital. All my daughters have been exclusively breastfed and have not experienced nipple confusion with this or Avent pacis. This time I am going back to Avent because I got really tired of losing these little guys. As opposed to the Avent, they VERY quietly bounce away and under things. I never knew when I lost them! The regular attachments to clip them to clothes were huge too. It may be better now, this was two years ago, but we're going back. With Avent I was clued in by the clicking sound the little handle made as it hit the ground. With all considered, I like the Avent better. The Soothie got holes easier than the Avent too.

I'm such a fan of Soothies! My little one is SO hungry right when he wakes up and I use the Soothie to buy me some time while making his bottle. The ONLY con I can come up with is the Soothie holder sold separately is too big for an infant's face. Maybe in a month it will be better...

Our hospital gave this to our son and we took it home. I love that it's one piece. In our child safety class, the teacher mentioned that sometimes other pacifiers can break - the nipple detaches from the top part - and can pose as a choking hazard. We have other pacifiers, but only use those when we are watching him. For night time, we use the Soothie.

We tried many different pacifiers and my daughter didn't take to any of them until we purchased the soothie! We use it daily because she finds it most comforting. The pacifier holder that you can buy for these are so adorable!!!

This is the only pacifier my newborn took. It didnt confuse her with breastfeeding! The only con is that its so big that I found that you had to hold it for a bit sometimes to make it stay or she would suck it back out within seconds.

One thing I would like is for this company to make covers for these cause they do tend it get icky.

this is the only binky my 3 month old son will take .... we wasted a lot of money on other binkies and got tons of them as gifts but he will only take this one.[he's a very particular baby] they were really hard to find at first for a decent price [[...]and local grocery stores have the best prices] they are easy to clean ... easy to find because they are bright colors. i'd reccomend them to anyone with a fussy baby.

these are the best pacifiers that i have found on the market. i have not had nipple confusion at all and he loves to play with it. i have been using them for 6 months now and he loves it!!
