This definitely helps my little one (8weeks old right now) go to sleep at night. Before I started giving her nightly* baths with the bedtime bath she was fussy and hard to put to bed...now she has her bath, has a feeding, and goes down 98% of the time without a fuss - and sleeps for 4-6 hours at a time now as opposed to the 2-3 hours before I started this new routine. I tried using Baby Magic's version of "bedtime bath" when we were at my parents' once and it just wasn't the same.

*I only wash her hands and feet with this every night due to her age (don't want to dry out her skin!), but that combined with splashing in the tub is enough to get the job done...every 3rd night I give her a full bath

Nothing like before!!!

5 years ago when I tried JJ products on myself (didn't have babies then), I was so impressed with the quality and scents this company provided.

BUT...Now, JJ went cheap on us and are making baby products that are poor in quality and scent.

This particular product USED to smell like REAL lavender, but now it smells real CHEAP and I swear it smells a bit "chemically" too.

I used it on my son I believe ONCE. The rest I used up because I didn't want to throw it away.

Now I am using Mustela, which is exceptional quality, safe, effective and COST EFFECTIVE. Totally worth the extra buck.

JJ needs to prioritize. Many are disappointed with their "new and improved" line of products.

      This product is nothing special. It smells nice, but it leaves a terrible ring around my bath tub. It is certainly not a miracle sleep-inducer for my son. I would recommend Burt's Bees over any JJ product.

        Best product on the market. I thought it was just me who thought that this put my baby to sleep after I used it. However, so many of my friends and acquatences have confirmed my belief. It smells divine and calms baby. Mine goes to sleep within 30 minutes of using it. The same cannot be said for the other body washes I've used.

            I like this product because it helps calm my 7 month old dauther down for bed time but you have to follow all three steps. The first time I used it I did not see any difference but after I read the directions and tried it their way she fell asleep within 30 mins sometimes longer if she was not already tired.

                I started using this Bedtime Bath and lotion over 10 years ago when it was first introduced. My 2nd daughter at the time had a little colic and wasn't sleeping through the night so I gave it a try. It's like magic...it relaxed her and put her right to sleep. I thought at first it was just coincidental but after referring it to my friends they agree too! I am now expecting my third baby girl and look forward to using this again for our bedtime bath routine.

                  This was by far the best purchase i have ever made. I have recently added a bath and massage to my 3 1/2 mos old daughter's bedtime routine and within an hour she is sleeping and sleeps all night (7-8 1/2hrs) My husband and I LOVE the smell and I think the whole routine relaxes me and helps me bond with her after being at work all day. This will always be a part of our ritual now!

                    I absolutely love this product. I really think it helps my son go to sleep quickly. It smells wonderful and I always use the Bedtime lotion with a massage at night. Who wouldn't love getting a massage before bed every night?!? My son falls asleep easier when we use this!
