I bought the Avent nursing pads, they were bulky and uncomfortable, they even show through my shirt. The Lansinoh pads anre thin, very comfortable and dry. I just love them. I also told every woman I know about them and some have already made the switch.

These nursing pads are the softest ones out there, and are the only ones that I have found that do not stick to sore, cracked nipples. They are also super abosrbent! Believe me, I have tried everything from Medela to Johnson&Johnson to Gerber to Philips Avent, and nothing else works! You have to get the Lansinoh "Ultra Soft" nursing pads, though, because the regular Lansinoh nursing pads are not the same; they are not as absorbent and not nearly as soft. The only thing is, is that not every store carries the "Ultra Soft" version of the Lansinoh nursing pads, so stock up on them when you see them!

These were the best pads for me. I tried the medela and Dr.Browns ones as well as the regulars from lansinoh, they all really perpetuated the sore cracked nipples i had. These were the only ones that didnt irritate and that I could keep on for prolonged periods. They are extremely absorbant and comfy. I was a working mom in the military with my first and pumped a couple times during the day, but even if i had to miss a pumping session they didnt fail me and my uniform stayed dry. I wont even waste my money on any others this time around i ended up giving away all the extras of everything else.

These are great, just not for me. They are very soft and absorbant. However, once I leaked, I had these wonderful lumpy, damp nipples. I am not a fan of the absorbant gel inside the pads. They didn't let my nipples breathe, which is a pain when you are nursing while on the go and can't let your nipples air dry completely.

I used these right out of the gate in the hospital when my nipples were cracked and sore from tough breastfeeding with my newborn. These didn't stick to my nipples so they could heal quickly. Great product!

These are by far the best nursing pads I've found (after trying Gerber, Playtex, and Avent). The ONLY time they leaked was the first night my son slept through the night and I woke up very full, which is impressive because I produce a lot of milk and leak a lot. They stay in place well. Although they cost a little more than other brands, it is well worth it!

These pads are great. My only concern is the price. They are much better than the 60 pack with one sticker. These attach really well and don't move around. They are also very absorbent and comfortable and fit my 36C cup nursing bras well and my regular unpadded bras (harder to attach to regular super padded bras). I only wish they were cheaper!

all other disposable nursing pads that i tried seriously irritated my skin. these are much much softer and have been the only pads that have been comfortable even for prolonged periods. they are also much more absorbent and have kept me dry for long stretches at night. the best!
