I wanted to like this ointment because I do like using natural and organic products, but I have had issues with it separating in the tube, and squirting out clear liquid when I try to use it. It does seem to work fairly well.

Reading the few complaints in the reviews makes me wonder if anyone has any common sense. You do have to shake the tube to make sure the ointment is mixed. And the only time it doesn't stick is if the baby's skin is wet. You shouldn't be putting ointment and a diaper on a wet baby anyway..

We use cloth diapers and didn't have any issues with diaper rash until he started teething. I use it for treatment, not prevention, and it works great. I've noticed it's usually cleared up by the end of the day.

This diaper cream is great for prevention and treatment. My son has only had minor irritations due to cheap wipes - but desitin only made the irritation worse! earth's best ointment completly heals the rash. It does separate in the tube, but this one minor annoyance is completely forgivable if it makes my son's skin healthy.

I have never written a review for anything till now. I love this product! My baby is three months old and has NEVER had a diaper rash thanks to this prevention cream. I use it each and every time I change her diaper. This is worth the extra time and expense.

This product's intended use is to prevent diaper rash....so you should not purchase it thinking it will get rid of rashes because it certainly does not. It is also incredibly messy as it seperates in the tube and won't even stick to my child. I am a big fan of any kind of organic product, especially for children....but would not reccomend this to anyone.

This ointment is great. We tried everything from Mustela to J&J.
This was great when our son had diarrhea,and his butt was all sore.It cleared it right up.
We also use their body wash.
My only problem is that Jason is hard to find in the stores.
They are great.

My son had such sensitive skin that all the name brand diaper creams only made his rashes worse! My mother-in-law bought me this and It completely cleared him up within a couple of days. The only thing that I did not care for was it separates in the tube so I had to squeeze the tube before I used it.
