I adore this pump! In about 9 minutes I can pump 8 or 9oz. total! I know this is partially dependant on genetics, but after using a one sided battery powered pump, what a drastic difference! I love the seperate pump pack as you dont have to have a huge bag sitting there if you need to pump in close quarters. I love the softfit breast shields and have found that the evenflo storage bottles and the gerber 4oz. juice bottles fit the pump! I do not reccommend the battery pack as it doesn't have the same suction as the outlet, even with fresh batteries. THIS PUMP IS CERTAINLY WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!!! Wait until you have a 20%off any item coupon and it really helps!

This pump has been wonderful for me. I've been using it for about 3 months, two months before returning to work full-time and four weeks while back at work full-time. It's much quieter than I expected. With a little patience I have been able to pump all the milk that my daughter needs while I am away from her at work. The 2-phase expression feature has really worked wonders for me. It takes some practice and patience, but if you want to continue EBF while working full time - it can be done. I wouldn't have been able to do so without this product. I can carry everything in the bag - my purse and phone included. No one knows I'm carry around a breast pump! It's wonderful.

I bought this pump after using the Medela Symphony I rented from the hospital. This pump cant touch the Symphony in quietness or suction power. However the Symphony is a commercial grade pump as this one is a single owner, portable pump. For what this pump is used for, pumping while I am at work, it will be just fine. I do like the fact that it comes in a nice bag w/ several different accessories. It is very easy to use and it is compact so it doesnt take up too much room where I may set it. (If you want to buy this pump, go to [@] it's MUCH cheaper there!)

This product was very good I bought it two years ago, and will be using it again soon :) I found that it expressed the same amount of milk in the same amount of time as the hospital grade medela pump. While it wasnt whisper quiet like the hospital pump, its was very discreet and quiet.
I did have a problem with the motor once- I couldnt switch the phases- so I called Medela and they had a new motor at my doorstep the very next day. Excellent customer service. The bag had room for a few extra items, so I didnt have to pack additional bags and feel like a pack mule when leaving for work. I had a bit of trouble finding a shield with the perfect fit, so I had a little leakage while pumping if I didnt have good posture. Hands free wasnt on the market yet- that would make this perfect!

This breastpump is great. Ive purchased a cheap handpump one before with a previous child and now I know why it didn't work out! This is defiently worth the money! I like the convience of the bag and how it keeps everything together. The only thing I do not like was I would have bought the hands free one as it gets a little uncomfortable to hold both or one while I pump.

I was a bit intimidated to use it at first, but once I opened it up and put it together I realized it was a cinch. This is so easy to travel with, and pump anywhere, even your car. I expressed quite a bit of milk with this pump, enough to feed another baby. It's even really easy to find replacement parts. I was in San Antonio visiting a friend and I had to replace the cover where the hose connects because the connector broke in route through the airport.

I got this breast pump a few weeks after my daughter was born when I realized I would not be able to breastfeed her. It comes with almost everything you could need and was easy to use. If you are exclusively pumping or have low milk production, using it as a double pump is a must. I do admit that it was annoying to have to hold both pumps up to my breasts, so you may want to consider getting the hands-free Medela pump. The bag is great and has enough extra room that you could also use this as your baby bag and avoid carrying multiple bags. However, it is heavy so if you will be walking around a lot, consider the backpack version. Since I used this mostly at home, or traveled in my car, this one worked for me. It is expensive, but was well worth it for me to be able to provide my daughter with breastmilk. If you are buying a breastpump, buy Medela.

I love this pump and the metro bag. The pump works so well. The bag is stylish, easy to clean, and functional. Medela pumps are the best. Do not waste your money on the cheap ones, you'll just have to replace it later on. Medela's on the other hand are built to last for multiple children and extended uses. Love it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love all the Medela products I've used, but my one complaint is the bottle caps on the breastmilk storage bottles that came with my Metro pump. Even when cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the threading on the inside of the cap gets bent or and allows leakage. I called Medela's customer service line and they sent me replacements free of cost and with zero hassle, but the replacements did the same thing. I did not have the same problem with the two-part caps. If you need to call for replacements, ask for those.
