I love this pump and the metro bag. The pump works so well. The bag is stylish, easy to clean, and functional. Medela pumps are the best. Do not waste your money on the cheap ones, you'll just have to replace it later on. Medela's on the other hand are built to last for multiple children and extended uses. Love it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love all the Medela products I've used, but my one complaint is the bottle caps on the breastmilk storage bottles that came with my Metro pump. Even when cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the threading on the inside of the cap gets bent or and allows leakage. I called Medela's customer service line and they sent me replacements free of cost and with zero hassle, but the replacements did the same thing. I did not have the same problem with the two-part caps. If you need to call for replacements, ask for those.

My babies (now 2 months old) were born four months early. They are currently still in the NICU. It is very difficult to pump when you cannot always be around your baby. While I can use the rented hospital pump at home, it is too cumbersome to take to work. I love The Medella breast pump! It is definitely the closest to a hospital grade breast pump that I could get without dropping over 1000 dollars!

This is a great pump. I'm glad I didn't waste my money on a cheap one. Although it seems pricey the cost vs formula evens out. It is easy to use. There are tons of pockets and extras in the bag and on the pump. Everything was well thought out. If I ever need another pump I will be purchasing this one again. My only two complaints are that it does not come with attachments for hands free pumping (although you can buy them) and that you have to lean forward for the milk to get into the bottle.

this is so quiet, pumping at work wasn't a problem at all. very convient and suction is very good. I reccomend purchasing the softer cups instead of using the hard plastic ones this comes with, worth the little extra money definatly. I purchased this at babys r us almost 2 years ago, I dont remember paying over 300.00 for it, I dont know why the price has gone up, it looks like the exact same model I have, I believe I paid [$]

Great quality product. My motor on my old pump died so I got this one. It is amazing the difference in a new quality pump. It's not too loud and it's very portable. I love that the pump is not attached to the bag! You will not be disappointed if you purchase this pump

I loved the pump. I was very hesitant because of the price. WOW!! This pump exceeded my expectations. Works wonderful. Able to eat lunch while pumping at work!!

Got it as a gift and I've been grateful for it since. I love that everything fits conveniently in the shoulder bag. It's a bit heavy with everything in it but at least it fits all in one bag. There are several compartments inside to hold different parts. Also, the bag's material makes it easy to clean in case of spills.

The pump is easily adjustable, it starts with the Stimulation Phase which lasts for 2 min. and automatically changes to the Expression Phase. You can switch immediately to Expression phase sooner than 2 min by pressing the "let-down" button on the pump. The pump is pretty strong, I've never had to adjust it to the highest setting, most of the time it's in the mid-range.

The only cons are that the milk containers can leak when traveling. This is even when storing upright in the Form Fit cooler. It's frustrating to pump so much and to find that only half the milk is left in the container! Also, condensation can appear in the tubing but it can be easily remedied.

I don't think any other pumps can be better than this set. I get a lot of compliments and longing looks from other moms when they see it.

I was unable to successfully breastfeed either of my first two children and I pumped exclusively for both. I originally had the shoulder bag medela pump in style and it was great. I love that this one comes with the soft fit breast shields, too bad i had to get larger ones though. I do like how it comes out of the bag. It was hard to pump in the car on trips with a large shoulder bag all over and this makes it easier. The only thing I didnt like was the difference in the material the bag is made of and it looks a lot cuter online then in person! But I still love the pump, its awesome!
