I love this wipe warmer the only thing I recommend is that you keep the wipes in the refill bag they come in and put them with the bag right in the warmer. Is not that hot will not melt the bag. It keeps them all nice and warm because of them being wrapped and in the wipe warmer. I don't have to add water. They are always warm and NEVER dry out. We have had this unit for 14mths now. We shut it off in the summer because it is hot and I don't think my daughter needs a warm wipe when it's hot. The plastic rim did tear a little the reason for 4 stars but we fixed it still works fine. The light is nice but we don't really use it. All in All it's a great wipe warmer hope this helped. We usually just get the generic refill wipes at the grocery store.

This warmer is great! It has never dried out my wipes. The only time it has was when I accidentally left the lid open, but it only dried out the top wipe. Keeps the wipes warm! The only negative is the light is useless.

This was one of the best gifts I received from my baby shower. I have never had any problems with the wipes drying out or getting cold and I am still using it 15 months later. The rubber plastic piece in which the wipes come up through did rip off but it hasn't caused any problems.

I wanted to get this just because I wanted to spoil my son. We set it up in his room about a week before my wife wen tinto labor. Didn't have instructions on how to use. We had wipes in a plastic bag instead of the hard plastic box, so I left the wipes in the plastic package and added water to the outside of the package. After reading the reviews, I think this is the solution! It keeps all wipes warm and since the wipes are still wrapped in the plastic, they stay moist! I would buy this everyday. My son stays quiet and coos while I change his diapers!

My brothers girlfriend got this and said she hated it, she was a first time mom. She said the top wipes were ice cold and the bottom ones were burning hot. She ended up just running the wipe under warm water, but that didn't last long. It was more convenient to use the wipe right from the tub!!!!

I love this wipe warmer! Some say it can dry out and you have to add water to dampen and keep moisten wipes..I have NEVER used any water and my wipes are ALWAYS moist! I do always refill my wipes after last one is used-I also love this wipe warmer because it is very convient for all those one handed jobs!!

My little girl love that its not cold. It just dries out quickly, every morning when i change her the first couple wipes are already dried, sometimes even in the end of a day. Other wise it does keep it warm enough.

Wipe warmer is a nice concept and seemed to work great in the beginning. Well, in the beginning we were changing our baby 10 times day so the top wipe did not dry out. Now that our baby is down to fewer diapers daily, the top wipe isn't used for a few hours between changes, so it dries out. Not only the top wipe but a few wipes deep. The instructions do suggest to add water to the wipes if wipes seem to dry out, but the water only makes them moist for a short period after you add it.
