The reinforced top accommodates original and pop-up style wipes. Keeps Wipes Warm, Moist, Consistent Temp

I'm not sure why so many people say their wipes are drying out (maybe they haven't latched the lid closed??), as mine are as moist as could be a week after refilling! LOVE the night light, although it's not really bright enough to do anything with, but it does set a nice glow for baby. Wipes are the warmest and moistest I've felt from any wipe warmer. NO COMPLAINTS! I would definitely recommend this product. For [$], you really can't go wrong! My husband is still trying to convince me to put this in the bathroom for him!

I didn't have any problems like the other reviewers have with dried out wipes. As long as you add water once in a while, the wipes stay moist. If I didn't add any water, they would be very dried out of course. This is actually my second wipe warmer. The first wipe warmer I had was the Prince Lionheart one which I absolutely hated. With that wipe warmer, you have to keep buying new pads every few months. No pads are necessary to buy and use with this wipe warmer. However the worst thing about the Prince Lionheart warmer was the latch lid closure. It worked fine for a few months, but then after a while, it kept popping open even after I had closed it. After a while, it was impossible to close. I would always have dried out wipes with the Prince Lionheart warmer because of the poor design of the lid closure. This wipe warmer however has an excellent lid design that I love and always stays closed when I close it. The two problems with this wipe warmer are that the rubber seal comes off within a few days of using it, and the light doesn't work correctly anymore. If I press the light button, it doesn't work at all. The light comes on and goes off sporadically throughout the day whenever it wants to. I have no control over it. The rubber part coming off didn't bother me at all, but I was thinking of returning it and exchanging it for the same wipe warmer because of the sporadic light problem, but it looks like other people on here are having problems with the light also. So I will probably just keep it since the light problem is a minor inconvenience, other than that I love this wipe warmer.

      I have used this product exclusively for the last two months and have not had any issues. The wipes do not dry out and the light works fine although I rarely use it. The warmer keeps the wipes nice and warm and I have not had to add any water too it.

          Just started using this wipe warmer with our week and half year old. The wipes are all dryed out within a few hours of turning it on. I am returning this product. Usually babies r us puts out a good product but this was a complete waste of money and I am very diappointed in the quality.

                This warmer is a great product for the price! Never had an issue as others claim. If the wipes start feeling dry all you need to do is add some water, as it states in the manual. Unit does not need any special " pillow" as other warmers require. The warmer also has a nifty night light (that you control).

                  It does the job-warms the wipes, which is great since my son no longer cries due to the wipe being cold when changing him. However, I have to use twice the amount of wipes because it dries it out.

                      We have this warmer downstairs and the Prince Lionheart upstairs, and this one is the better warmer by far! PL requires refill pads that have to be wet every so often to keep the wipes from drying out and it doesn't really seem to warm very well. This version doesn't require anything extra and keeps our wipes warm and moist. It also holds more so there is less refilling and the light/window lets you see exactly how many you have without opening the top. Considering buying a second one to replace the PL warmer upstairs..........

                          This warmer does not keep the wipes warm. We have 2 changing stations in our home and have a Prince Lionheart warmer at the 2nd station that works great. Unfortunately, my husband threw away the box when he opened the warmer so Babies R Us will not accept it as a return even though I have the receipt and it was just purchased last month. I'm very disappointed that the Babies R Us brand does not measure up. I would recommend spending the extra $5 for the Prince Lionheart brand.

                          I purchased this warmer with a gift card I received because it isn't something I would normally otherwise get for myself, thinking it too much of a luxury item.
                          I'm really really glad we did get it though and now see it as more of a necessity than I did before. My baby is a December baby in Wisconsin so it is very cold here. The baby gets cold easily and cold wet wipes don't help the situation at all. Having warm wipes makes diaper changes (and other clean ups) much nicer.
                          The warmer doesn't get the wipes hot, and the wipes do cool down quickly once out of the warmer, but still much better than cold wipes.
                          We've had no problems with the light not working or dried out wipes or anything at all. Only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is I do wish the wipes came out a bit warmer, but I guess for safety reasons they made them more lukewarm then hot. Otherwise a great product that I would definitely recommend.
