The bags leaked when thawing over 75% of the time. I thought it was because I was trying to thaw in warm water so I tried just letting them thaw on their own. Still leaked. I was not able to pump enough to have a large storage so every drop counted. Very frustrating. I would not recommend.

Use them everyday and they are wonderful (and cheaper than the other brands)!

Hoping for better results as 25+ bags are already frozen but the only 2 bags defrosted so far have both leaked. Did not have this issue with Medela bags, obviously not worth the savings if bags fail.

I used several different bags and liked this one the best. It holds well when pouring milk and seals well too. It is much better than the Medela bags (surprisingly since it is a good brand).

These bags are great. I pump into a bottle at work and then transfer the milk into these bags. The double seal is very secure and has never opened up in transit. I can easily store 6 ounces in these bags which is the amount I normally pump in a sitting. In fact I have OFTEN frozen and stored up to 8 ounces successfully in these bags (Although I know i'm not really supposed to).The Medela bags are smaller and require that I split the milk into 2 bags.

I have never had a single leak. I freeze the bags flat and they take up very little room in the freezer. The night before I go to work, I take a few bags out and leave them in the fridge. By morning, they are defrosted and ready to go. No leaks ever.

These bags pour really well. The Medela bags do not. Everytime I try to pour from the medela bag I spill some milk. Not so with Lansinoh bags. It's easy to control the stream and milk has never driped down the bag.

I also like the tissue pack that the Lansinoh bags come in. They come in 2 packs of 25 bags. It makes my pump bag neat and easy to pack. Now I have the whole box of medela bags in there and they take up so much room.

I didn't really think of how much I like the Lansinoh bags until I used the Medela ones. I thought it would be cool to pump right into the bag, but it's actually not such a good idea. It's impossible to get an accurate measurement that way. It's much better to just pump into the bottle and transfer it. This way I know exactly how much milk I am leaving each day and I don't have to worry.

Really, these are great bags. Pretty much as good as it gets. I have no idea how other people are getting leaks. I think the quality of the plastic is great. They seal securely, freeze flat, defrost quickly, pour neatly, and travel well. What more could one want in a breastmilk bag?

I have used every bag on the market right now, and these are by far the best. I have had several bags leak - but here is the problem: If you are putting your bags in a storage device in the freezer, or drop the bag while frozen, it can develop microscopic holes that leak when thawing. To prevent this, I freeze my milk flat and put it in our "First Years" breast milk storage container. When taking it out to thaw, I just make sure it doesn't get dropped or packed tightly in a cooler.

The thickness of the plastic exceeds all others available, and they are very easy to use in comparison with others out there. Register for several boxes if you plan on pumping when going back to work - you'll be glad you have them!

Great for day-to-day storage, HOWEVER, it leaks when you are thawing the milk after freezing!!! After loosing the contents of an entire bag of the precious breastmilk (I exclusively pumped), I now double-bag each time. ~80 % of the bags leak during defrosting...

I'm a first time mom of twins, and they were in the NICU for 3 weeks before they came home. I had to pump and store 8-10 times a day before I was able to breastfeed at home. I froze half and took the other half to the hospital for them everyday. I'm not sure what some of these other users are doing to the bags that is making them leek, but I have used well over 200 of these already and have not had a single one leak. I think that if I could transport them to the hospital every day and not break one open, they are pretty durable. I just hate how fast I go through them.

They work fine if you are not freezing your milk. As soon as you go to defrost your milk it leaks like crazy. You lose all your milk and it's not worth the frustration and clean up time.
I had to clean my fridge 5 times in 1 day. Not worth it. I'm switching to another brand.

these bags are wonderful! the double ziplock ensures milk does not leak out and that you have a good seal. i always worry with the medela ones that i haven't sealed it right and that milk will leak. not sure what the other users are doing with their milk, but mine has never leaked from these bags and i use frozen milk at least twice/week.
