I think this is one of the most wonderful inventions ever. We decided on this particular sterilizer because it was tall and could fit the larger bottles. It fits all of my breast pump parts perfectly, only takes 8 minutes to sterilize, and was inexpensive. You must have a full size microwave to use this product.

I have used this sterilizer for almost four years now and it works just perfectly fine. The tongs provided are very useful in getting the hot bottles out if you are in a hurry.

I use Dr. Brown's bottles and the 8 oz. bottles fit perfectly without having to lay them down. The price was very reasonable. I have no problem fitting this into my GE microwave. The only thing I don't like is that water droplets remain on the inside of the bottles, even after sitting for several hours. But that is no big deal--as long as I'm correctly following directions and my bottles/accessories are sterilized, I'm happy!

This product make sterilizing the bottles super easy. I love that I can sterilizer six bottle and nipple in 10 minutes. I recieved two at my baby shower I use one and gave one to my parents for when my son is at their house. It's easy to use and clean. The only down side is on the inside of the cover under the handle is hard to dry.

Easy to use and I don't have to run the dishwasher every day to get the bottles sterilized! Very economical! I REALLY wish I'd had one with my first child, especially since we didn't have a dishwasher then!

I think this product works great for a microwave sterilizer. Of course if it doesn't fit in your microwave, you may think differently, so my recomendation would be to make sure that it fits before you buy/register for it. I am able to fit my Avent breast pump parts plus additional bottles/small parts. They do come out a little wet, but I'm not sure what else you would expect from "steaming" them. I then take them out and open the lid to help dry them. There are "bottle holder" openings that fit both my Avent bottles and medela storage bottles. Rings/nipples fit on the "stems" and larger items (breast pump) fits in between. I think the lower stars this item has received is unfair based on people not able to fit it in their microwaves. I would recommend it.
