My Son is just over 7 months old and sleeps so well in this crib. Everyone comments on how beautiful the crib is. The rails are definitely "soft" as we noticed while moving but otherwise easy to assemble, looks great and is very sturdy. It also goes well with any decor which makes it easy to decorate. Just a classic!

Absolutely beautiful and easy to put together. The cherry is a wonderful shade, goes perfectly with our jungle theme. Once you set it up you won't be able to stop looking at it.

I love this crib. We bought the crib and the dresser/changer, and the set is just beautiful. It is exceptionally sturdy, and has thick rails. The color is perfect, good for a girl or a boy. My daughter is 15 months old now and I would agree that the cloth teething cover is necessary. But she loves it, she sleeps comfortably, and wakes up and plays for a bit before she wants to get out. I am now purchasing the night stand and the armoire to complete the set since we love it so much.

We registered for this crib and the matching dressers after we had reviewed the safety ratings for many cribs. This was very highly rated and we loved the look. Our furniture is darker stained and this fits right in. Very sturdy!! My husband and father assembled and seemed to have no problems. We also love the fact that we'll be able to use it for years to come. As a previous poster mentioned, the rails are very wide and it is very difficult to attach a mobile to the crib.

When we frist unpacked, we thought the directions were not included. I emailed them Sunday night and when I checked my email Monday at 8:15AM they were waiting for me. Turns out the instructions were zip-tied to the spring board inside a box and plastic bag at the bottom of the packing - just FYI for the others who can't find them.
My husband and I have put together PLENTY of assembly required furniture. This crib was by far one of the easiest to do and is incredibly sturdy. Seems to be very good quality and it was packed VERY well. We are thus far very pleased with this purchase.

We bought this crib and matching dresser when it was on sale at BRU. Most furniture in our house is this deep cherry or mahogany, so it fits right in with our bedroom furniture (even the headboards are similarly shaped!) and will look great when we move our son into his own room soon. The crib is sturdy, solid, very classy and looks like it will definitely last a while. Only con so far is, no mobiles or crib toys attach to the wide rails.

My daughter is 12 months now, and we still love this crib! It's a little difficult to change the sheets, but most of the sturdier cribs are. Our daughter used the railings as a teether, but we covered them with a cloth teething cover made for convertible cribs. It solved the problem. We also have the armoire, and we love that piece as well. This is really a beautiful set. She'll have it until she goes to college!

This is a beautiful and sturdy crib. It was easy to assemble. However, babies can chew up the rails quite easily. This is not a new problem for this crib type and it would have been nice for the salesperson to mention that we should purchase the cloth rail covers they make for convertible cribs. My son chewed up the front rail his very first nap in it. So I duct-taped towels to the rails, as I didn't know there were covers until recently. Shorter people may want a crib with a moveable rail, as it is hard to lay the baby down with lower mattress settings.

This crib is a beautiful crib by all means, but, my daughter is not even a year old and the crib is totally ruined now. Like every teething baby, my daughter gnawed on the side of the crib, and I guess because the crib is made of some sort of soft wood, ALL of the paint is missing from the area that she gnawed on and is now starting to form little splinters popping out of the side. I just think that for the amount of money you pay for these so called "lifetime" cribs, it's a complete waste of money. Needless to say, when I called the manufacturer, their reply was along the lines of, "the paint is non-toxic so your child is safe". While that is my number 1 concern, it also irritates me that I spent so much money on a crib that looks terrible now.
