I never got this helmet because there are twoTracer helmets with bells with the same number.I ordered it twice anbd no one ever called me back............I had the worse experience & I even purchased more stuff after that and never ghot a call or apology.You would think all the money you spend that they would send you a coupon or something.I have two grandsons that I buy for all the time & family kids.I am thinking maybe I should shop around for another store.I also had issues with the Spiderman bike.Its ashame that the products are so awesome but service is not good.

Very unhappy you think your getting this helmet shown in the picture BUT actually when you receive it it's a total different helmet!!!!! Very very unhappy!! Went to store to return it and they told me they didn't have this specific helmet!!

I bought this helmet for Christmas because it had spiderman and venom... When the helmet came it is a completely different design that doesn't include venom ) : I took it in to my local toysRus and they told me the picture on the internet is wrong.
