I have used these with both of my sons. I like the bottles, but there are so many parts to clean. We stock up on these bottles for babysitter, home, and diaper bag. However, when we heat the bottles before serving, the milk leaks from the sealed container if it gets too warm.

Our daughter had a huge problem spitting up shortly after she was born. Whether formula or breast milk, she got indigestion and she spit up.

After buying these bottles, we no longer had that problem thank goodness! She doesn't spit up anymore except the rare occasion which is normal.

Downside, kind of a pain to clean/wash. No, they are really a pain to wash. But worth it since our daughter is more comfortable drinking out of them.

This is the only bottle my exclusively breastfed son liked. I tried several brands but he always had trouble keeping up with the flow, always choking, even if the nipples are stage 1 and he is already 5 month old. Dr Brown's flow is perfect and the silicone nipples are soft. No gas problems. It is just difficult to wash because it has so many parts but i'm still going to give it a 5 star rating... that's how much I like Dr Brown's.

I first tried tommee tippee because it was suppose to be the most similar to breastfeeding. However he had difficulties because of the flow of the nipple. The slow flow nipples were too fast. He fought the bottle because of it and I needed to find a solution since I was going back to work. He usually nurses for 40 mins and he was finishing the bottle in 10 mins. He never seemed satisfied after the bottle either. So I tried Dr Brown with the preemie flow nipples (the slowest flow nipple I can find). That has worked for us. He can now handle the flow and the bottle now takes 25 to 30 mins, more similar to nursing. I highly recommend these if you are breastfeeding and need to bottle feed while at work! Yes more parts to clean with the Dr Brown but worth it! He also had less gas with these!

this bottle is very good if your baby have problems with gas. errr the bad part is cleaning it but if it's good for my baby a little sacrifice would do. happy mommy here and would recommend it.

My son used to spit-up a lot and have gas. After using this bottle he has very little gas and stopped spitting up! I am very happy with these bottles.

Ok so I do like Dr. Brown bottles and will use them again for the next baby. I do believe that they reduce the gas and help to reduce the amount of air a baby takes in while eating and I can even deal with all the parts that go into using this bottle. With that being said my 1 issue with this bottle is that if you do not screw the lid on correctly and I mean if it is off just a hair that bottle will leak like crazy. It is annoying and sticky (formula). Thing is you could swear you have it on right and then you go to feed and there is formula every where. BOO!!

But if you can master the lid they are great!

At 4 weeks my baby became very colicky and gassy. This product really helped. Not necesarily reducing gas but when burping her the gas came up very easily compared to when using other products.

My baby didn't care for any other bottle and would cry if we tried to feed her from a bottle at 2 months old. Finally someone suggested using Dr. Brown's and we gave it a try. Miraculously my daughter stopped throwing a fit every time we tried to give her a bottle. Love these bottles!! Definitely recommend.
