I just purchased these for a new baby, but I have used the same product with a different print for my older baby. The receiving blankets are great and have so many uses! We have used them as receiving blankets, light blanket, spit up cloth, towel, changing pad, butt dryer, etc. I have had/used them for over a year and they still look great and have held up great! I found that some other ones I purchased were to small to use as a recieving blanket, but these were the perfect size.

I have a lot of receiving blankets, but these are definitely the best. While my other blankets have faded and gotten less soft after washing these have held their color and softness through multiple washes now. They are also a little bigger than the other ones I have, which is great. And they pattern is cute! Overall this is a great product and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again or give as a gift.

LOVE THESE. I didn't realize how useful receiving blankets would be until after I had my baby. He's two weeks old now and these blankets come in super handy. These particular receiving blankets are really cute and soft. They only get softer after you wash them. Good choice.

I thought these would be great for my sister-in-law's new baby. They are so cute. That's where their usefulness as a swaddler ends. They are rectangular (before washing)and not good for swaddling at all. Secondly, they shrink unevenly when washed, so now we have blankets that look more like some sort of parallelagram. Thirdly, they are small so the baby will out grow them in a few weeks. You'd be better off spending more money, 1 time, on the square, large, linen Anais and Adian blankets which are large enough to also be used to drape over a stroller, carseat or play yard.

My baby is a preemie with delicate skin, so I wanted to be sure his receiving blankets were super soft. At first, in the store when I felt them they were soft. Then I got them home and washed them and they became super soft! Really great. They are the only brand I buy now.

I learned there was a difference between rectangular receiving blankets like these and large square swaddling blankets (like A&A), but I love the elephant pattern on these so much, I couldn't help but buy a set. These really are too small to properly swaddle with (and my babies were small as newborns 6 and 5 lbs), but they come in handy. They are a good size to fold up and keep in the diaper bag just in case. I use them as "fillers" when the little ones are in their exersaucer. It's also a good car seat blanket when the little ones need and extra layer.

These blankets are very cute. I haven't used them yet (expecting at the end of the month), but when I washed them they fuzzed a TON! I'm washing again and hopefully that will help alleviate some of the fuzz problem (and get it off the rest of the laundry), but at this point it's so bad I was sneezing! The other blankets that I washed it with did not have the same fuzz problem...but these are by far the most cute pattern. The quality of fabric is lacking in my opinion.

I bought these for my second baby and I love the size, I was able to use them for a long time because they are nice and big. I've since purchased these as gifts for friends who are expecting.

I haven't used these yet as I'm due in July. After their first wash, the blankets are very soft, but did lose a little shape afterwards. I love the design and that is the main reason I chose these blankets.
