When I first needed to use nursing pads, I initially tried these nursing pads and was very satisfied. They didn't leak and stayed in place because of the two sticky tabs on the top and bottom of the pad (they are square in shape). When the box was finished, I thought maybe I'd try another brand just to compare. Also, my only complaint was that because the pads are folded in half, it leaves a crease right through the middle of the pad which can be seen slightly through the bra. So I tried another brand that was circular in shape. Although I preferred this shape better, it only had one sticky tab and it didn't stay in place in the bra at all! It also had the crease in the middle too! So it was a no brainier to switch back to Medella nursing pads; they're thick but not bulky, stay in place, and once your bra and clothing are on, you can't even tell you have them on! One last comment: I put the pads on first thing in the morning and very often don't need to change them until the end of the night or the next morning!!

These nursing pads do what they are meant to but I've found them to be irritating to already sore tissue and NOT very discreet under clothing. They are individually packaged----which I think is a nice idea, just poorly executed. Since they're packaged to be small and easily portable they're folded in half, which means when they're unfolded for use they retain a rather large crease down the middle. I've found this crease to easily bunch up while in the process of moving clothing to nurse resulting in increased time and exposure to re-arrange. I do keep some in my diaper bag as a back-up, but these are not my first choice of pads.
They are not the worst but definitely not the best.

Great value. They do exactly what they should...stop leaking! The only thing that I dislike about this product is you can see them CLEARLY through your bra and shirt. Other products I have tried doesn't seem to be as visbile through clothing. Its not too much of a problem seeing it is winter time and I am dressed in heavy sweaters.

Comments about Medela Disposable Nursing Pads - 120 Count:

I have tried many other pads but this one is the most absorbent. Even through the night this pad doesn't leak. I trust it for all day use at work. I breast feed full time and only have to change my pads once or twice a day.

I would have rated this product 5 stars if only the pad didn't bulk through t-shirts. But I understand it can't be too thin either. :)

I am blessed with a ton of milk, with that comes leaky breast. These not only keep me dry during the day, easy to carry and conceal, but keep me dry and comfortable at night when I seem to leak the most. These are the only ones I use or recommend. I love them!

Only pad that I will use. The quilting of each pad prevents layers from separating like other brands so. Also, these pads do not have an odor of you leak while out and about and can't change them immediately. Other brands do!

These are the most absorbent nursing pads I have been able to find. All is positive product purpose wise. The only downfall is if you aren't wearing a padded bra, the pads show thru & look a little lumpy.

Easy to use. Simply attach pads to inner cups of bra. You dint even notice them there. But be careful because sometimes the product folds and the sticky part can be stuck to Breast. It's a hassle and somewhat painful trying to detach pad from breast

Love these. I need to wear them constantly to avoid leaking through shirts. They seem more absorbent than other brands. However the square shape makes them a little more noticeable than circular ones I have used before.
