Our family loves this kitchen. We've had it for 9 months now, and both my kids (ages 2 and 4) still play with it everyday. It is big enough that 2 kids can play at the same time, and it won't be outgrown anytime soon. It's also sturdy and has withstood doors being slammed and rough play with wooden pots and pans. And after 9 months of steady use, it still looks great. The only disappointing thing is that the clicking knobs stopped clicking after a few weeks. Other than that, it's been great!

At first, my husband and I were very happy with this kitchen- we liked the fact that it wasn't plastic and that it had many "bells and whistles" to aid in our daughter's imaginative play.

Unfortunately the way the doors are put on- inset with pins- is rather shoddy. They do not extend open far as they are not on hinges. Our daughter put too much pressure on the refrigerator door and it popped off and the MDF was destroyed, no way to put the door back on or fix it. This happened with every other door on the kitchen- and now the kitchen is doorless.

For this reason I would not recommend this kitchen unless they change the door construction from pins (not sturdy) to hinges.

This was a piece of garbage. Broke irreparably during the THIRD hour of assembly. Doubt I will be able to get my money back and now I have a hunk of garbage that I will have to pay to dispose of. Not to mention very disappointed kids.

Comments about KidKraft Deluxe Let's Cook Kitchen:

Looked for a long time for the right kitchen for my Ll 2.5yomdaughter. Found the perfect one. It takes a while to assemble, but my husband and I did a good job. It is very sturdy and because if the height of the product my daughter will not outgrow too quickly, it is still taller than her, and she has to reach for anything that is put on top shelves. There is amazing storage space, which was the other thing that was very important to me. It is not electronic, but thats ok, helps to stimulate the imagination more. The knobs do click, which seems to be enough for my daughter. There is more than enough room for two to play together. The color is gender neutral. My daughter is already working on telling time, because of the clock with arms that you can move. I can't say enough about is product. It was worth every penny.

Simple enough to put together myself! Had a back bolt, and Kid Kraft rushed a new one out FAST! Got this for my 2 year old son for Christmas. He really loves it! Keeps him out of our kitchen :) Very sturdy and has lots of space for storing dishes, food and whatever he wants! Purchased some wood play food to go with it and it's a HIT! His friends enjoy playing with him, fits 3 toddlers very well. Kid Kraft stands behind their products and has excellent customer service! Also a wonderful website!

Assembly for this kitchen took several hours, but it has been well worth it. It is a good-sized kitchen that both of my children can play together at it without crowding each other out. There is plenty of storage and it is very sturdy. I highly recommend it.

I bought this kitchen for my daughter's 2 year birthday about 9 months ago and she really loves it. It's been very sturdy and fun to play with. I am really glad that I spent the extra $10 for a model that has the clicking knobs because she really likes them (the cheaper models don't click). I've been very pleased with this purchase and it keeps her entertained.
