This cute Pop Monkey lamp from Kids Line will provide excellent light to match any nursery decor. The hand-painted polyresin base features a monkey in deep, stylish browns walking on his hands, the perfect match to the brown and green-dotted lampshade. The on/off switch is mounted on the 62" cord, and the lamp attaches to the base with a slip uno fitting. It requires a type A, 40W max bulb (not included). Height: 15.5" (with shade). Shade: 8"W. Base: 6"W. Weight: 24 oz. Minimal adult assembly required.

This is a cute little lamp that fits the Mod Pod Pop Monkey theme. I have it sitting on a dresser between the changing table and my glider. It gives enough light and the switch is easy to control. I might put a lower watt bulb in it so that I can use it more for night time feedings, but with the recommended bulb it is good enough to be the sole light source. I received this off of my registry, but probably would not have bothered buying it myself. It really is just one of those extra nice touches, not a necessity.

Looks cute but bought mine in store and got it home paint was chipped and the lamp shade is crooked. Very pricy for it to be defected.

Not just an ordinary light. I have this light plugged into a switch in the nursery/ kids room and it is bright enough to light the entire room better than the floor lamp we had with three bulbs on it. Lamp is absolutely adorable and just the right size, it doesn't take up much of the dresser top. I am very pleased with everything about this lamp.

We received this item as a gift to go in our nursery. Not only does it look adorable, but is excellent for late night diaper changes. It's enough light for you to see what you're doing, but not so bright that it hurts your eyes at night! It was easy to assemble and even came with a bulb! We love this lamp!

Love the subtle monkey charm and the fact that it's not too babyish. I used a different shade with it - very easy to trade out. The only con is that the switch is on the cord quite a ways down...hard to reach behind the table and get it, especially with a baby in your arms.
