I ordered this adapter because we purchased the Maxi Cosi Mico car seat. The adapters are easy to install and so is the car seat. What's hard is when it comes time to remove it. You have to push and pull up one side at a time. You can't remove the seat by pushing both buttons at the same time. Which makes it inconvenient when having the baby in there.

I was so excited to be able to use these adapters as my 7 week old baby does not like the bassinet yet. He likes the coziness of his carseat.

These adapters are horrible. They are difficult to put on, but even harder to remove. It is impossible to do if you are by yourself. I had plans today but had to cancel them because I can't get the adapters off the car seat and thus I can't get the car seat into the car base. So, we are stuck at home! I'm just glad this happened at home and not while we were out or else I wouldn't be able to get home.

This product should be recalled to something more user friendly. Also, I believe it poses a safety hazard as the consumer isn't truly sure if the seat is secure and in place on the chassis.

I bought these adapters for the Bugaboo Frog stroller. Once I attached them to the Maxi Cosi car seat they were almost impossible to remove.

They fit perfectly on the stroller and it is easy to get the seat on and off the stroller itself. The problem is that you have to remove the adapters from the car seat to put it back on the base in the car.

You LITERALLY have to turn the car seat over. Place it on the ground and put your foot on the back of the seat to pull the adapters off! (Can't do that with an infant inside!!) This is not very practical.

I tried contacting Maxi Cosi's customer service, but the email on their website is not active and all of my email was returned.

the review from the mom from Pennsylvania was great! I had put the connectors in incorrectly (L and R)and her tip of pulling really hard was really helpful. These connectors are a very good option for mom's with bugaboo strollers.

These work wonderfully...However, the directions are a bit difficult.

1. The connectors are labled L and R (for left and right). Left and Right is the left and right of the BABY. If you put them in incorrectly they are difficult to remove. If you happen to put them in incorrectly the secret to removing them is pull really hard!

2. The instructions say you must connect them FIRST to the carseat and then the bugaboo. You can connect them first to the bugaboo and then attach the carseat. This takes some practice but in the long run is much easier. The best suggestion I can give is if you choose to do this method is to label the Maxi Cosi connectors and the bugaboo "ports" with color-coding to ensure you do not put the connectors in the wrong slot in the car seat.
