My daughter was born premature, and we have spent the last 7 weeks in the NICU. The mix of my breast milk and the lipids and proteins added have caused a constant "exploding" diarrhea effect. The nurses are all warned by others when changing her because of the distance she gets (yeah, it's bad). We've never had any leakage whatsoever with these, and she fills them up. I am beyond impressed with these and will be using them from now on. Also, she's had to wear it since growing out of the micropreemie size, so it's now actually fitting. We were able to adjust the size with ease.

I wish I could give these zero stars, that's how badly I hate these diapers. We used these and Huggies in the NICU and we were sent home with these, I wish we weren't. They stuck so badly to my poor sons little bum and genitals. It didn't matter how frequently we changed them, or if it was pee or poo. I could say it was a bad batch but we had some newborn ones and when he was big enough for those we tried them- same problem. It's really horrible to watch your kid scream in pain while you try to rip their diaper off like a bandaid. I threw the rest out. We only use Huggies now and have never had a problem.

Our daughter was born 5 weeks early. They used these in the hospital and sent us home with them. We love them they fit perfect for small babies and stay on tight and don't leak. We got some Huggie ones for gifts and they wouldn't stay on her and always came undone. We love Pamper Swaddlers!!

My daughter was born 3 weeks early and the NICU used these. They are great, Shes not 2 weeks old and still no blowouts or troubles. i love these diapers =D

I had the worst experience with these diapers the leaked all the time my son would barely be wet and it was leaking out his diaper.. I will never buy Pampers again... not sure why they were leaking he wasn't to small for them and wasn't to big for them it just didn't seem to soak it up and hold anything

My son was born 6 weeks early weighing just over 4 pounds and these diapers worked great for him. They used this kind of diaper in the NICU and we continued to use them at home. We tried samples of huggies and the pampers diaper was clearly better.

We bought these diapers for our preemie twins. These are the same diapers that the NICU was using at the hospital. We got used to them there & continued using them at home. We have NEVER had a leak since they fit snugly on the preemies! They are super absorbent & the interior is soft for the bottom. The stretchy tabs are much thicker and stronger than those on Huggies diapers. We tried Huggies samples & decided to stick with Pampers even for the larger sizes our twins grew into. Only feature that I wish the Preemie diapers had--would be to have the wetness indicator that their larger sizes have. Otherwise, a great diaper for your preemie!

I had preemie twins born about 4 1/2 week early my son was still a little big and outgrew these quickly but for my daughter who was a little smaller fit them perfectly and at almost a month old they are still our diaper of choice for little Alana

I LOVE THESE DIAPERS! My daughter is 2 weeks old and she was born full term, but small! W started out using NB size and had leaks because they are a little big, switched to these and have had really good success.. Very happy with them, soooo happy they make a smaller size for smaller babies!

My son was on the small side up to 1 mo. He wasn't a preemie and was over the 6lb side(born all muscle and height). The newborns were to big for him so a friend got me some preemie diapers they fit perfectly. There were no problems with leaks or anything like that even with the massive amounts of milk he would take in. Also I love the green pee indicator so I don't have to constantly peak inside his diaper.
