I bought this house for my 3 yr old but it was already put together by the owner of the store where I bought it. My child loves it and is soon going to be five and even though we have a big extended family with lots of little cousins always playing at the same time,nothing has changed since the day I bought it. As for the swing you have to adjust it in the top floor and on the sides of the swing. I had a problem at first but after I adjusted it there have been no issues and barbie likes to sip lemonade and swing.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter. It took a long time to assemble. After a good 5 hours or so, it was together.

A year later, almost all of the furniture has broken and had to be replaced. The stairs cracked in half. The top floor came out. And the new kicker - the second floor is coming apart.

It was obviously not designed to last!

I bought this house for my 3 1/2 yr old for Christmas. I thought it was somewhat difficult to put together, but most importantly the pieces didn't fit well together. This product was a lot cheaper looking/feeling than I expected. If the thought of taking it apart didn't make me want to shoot my self, I would definetly return it. The furniture by far is the best thing. about this house. I wish I would have bought something different :(

I purchased this for my 5 year-old niece for Christmas. It took under an hour to put it together, but it's fairly simple if you are able to orient the direction of the wall by matching up wallpaper. I used an electric screwdriver, and I am sure that cut my time down dramatically. The only real issue that I had was removing the part # stickers from the actual dollhouse; there were a few small places where the paper was removed with the sticker. Overall, I think this was well worth it to have seen her face! She LOVES it!

Dollhouse is nice... my girls seem to like it but they want to put dolls on porch swing. The designer must have had a bad day b/c it is terrible! Does not balance, and is totally worthless!!! I've spend hours trying to make it work, and at this point just want to throw it out the window. Could be so cute for pretend play, but it really sucks.
