Was very easy to download music to. Sound is very clear and precise. Easy to follow instructions. Love this product. The price is affordable, yet it is a very good product(To my surprise). There is just enough storage for an 8 year old girl. Simple controls for her to follow. Love the neck sling that comes with it, less chance for her to drop it. Love it.

This is the worst product I ever bought. [...] My 5 yr.old Niece wanted an MP3 and was so disappointed in it as well. I have a dell computer and I couldnt get it set up on my computer. Also,this product wasn't compatible with I tunes. Even the song that came on it only played sometimes.

My 7 year old daughter got this as a gift and she absolutely loves it! Easy to use with iTunes to get songs. The battery does last at least 7 hours. Never have had a minute of trouble with it. It was so easy for my daughter to figure out, not a whole lot of buttons to figure out anyway. I highly recommend this to any smaller child that wants to feel "grown" up with an MP3 player. And it doesn't cost an arm and leg either.

This was a Christmas present for my 8-year-old daughter. She loves it and hasn't put it down for long since then. I downloaded well over a hundred songs to it with ease. It was very easy for her to learn how to operate the controls. We haven't had any problems with the battery not lasting. She listens to it for hours at a time and never gets bored! It also helps that it has one of her favorite TV characters on it!
