Grand daughters love these, great for their little hands, but too big for them to choke on. Would have given five stars but I can see the helicopter blade not lasting too long. Otherwise well made.

I order it online since it looks like a very nice package. But when I picked it up at store, it does not look very good (kind of cheap looking). So, I wanted to return it (with reciept) . But find out that they would only give store credit if you order anything online and pickup at the store.
How come the website says HASSLE FREE RETURNS? Why this kind of policy did not list right next to the items or at the time the customer placed the order? This is false advertised. What is the reason the customer can only get the merchandise store credit? Every other stores I shop online will return my money with the same original payment method. If your policy is different with any other stores, the policy should be emphasis next to the item to let customer know beforehand. It makes me not want to shop at Toysrus ever again.

This is wrong and unfair to customers. Please look into the issue and correct it.

I was very disappointed when I rushed to my local store to pick up the 20 pack. The one that was presented to me featured cars from 2010 and 2011. The one that was pictured showed cars from 2005 and 2006, which is what I wanted. I understand your colors and styles may vary clause. But I think it is best to picture what you are selling to accomodate Collectors also. If I wanted this years 20 pack, I could have walked in any store, and in any aisle, and picked it up myself. I would not have order this online if it were pictured correctly. In saying this, if you have what is pictured, please let me know. Otherwise...

I bought this set of matchbox cars for my grandson's 3rd birthday along with the "matchbox tire car holder". He has had such fun playint with all the cars. He has some matchbox cars his dad had as a child and it's great to see the old and new ones being played with.

Our son loves police and emergency vehicles so, that is why we chose this set. In the picture on the site it shows a police car in the set. When we got the set all the cars were different then shown and no police car :( . Our son did not know there was suppose to be a police car in there so, he didn't really care. He loved the cars and has been playing with them everyday since Christmas. It's a nice set of good quality cars.
