My daughter was 18 mos. old at the time we purchased this. It was a significant pain to put together. You have to unsnap all of the pieces from the plastic. It took about an hour and 30 mins to put it together. But, the directions are easy to follow. It is very sturdy once put together and continues to prove to be durable 6 mos later. My daughter loves it. I would purchase it again.

First of all, let me just say DO NOT attempt to assemble this baby in front of your kids, unless you want to teach them a few choice four letter words. It is incredibly difficult to put together- It took me two hours, and a lot of that was spent in frustration. With that being said, if you're up for the challenge, this is an awesome doll nursery. I bought for my two year old's birthday and she LOVES it. She is always taking care of her babies, and this play set has so much to offer. She has one baby in the crib (which rocks, btw), and one in the high chair and one taking a bath. It has kept her entertained for hours. Definitely worth the money, and even the frustration.

I have to admit that I purchased this elsewhere for less and for the price I paid it was absolutely worth it. My daughter is not quite 2 and loves babies. She has played and played with it. I think it is quite sturdy once assembled, she even climbs into the bathtub part of the toy. I agree with other reviews that it was time consuming to assemble (so I made sure to do it a week before Christmas), and I found a pair of nail clippers essential for clipping off the little plastic "barbs" that are left behind when preparing for assembly. I love that the bed portion rocks back and forth and that she can store all her other doll accessories inside. I spruced it up and cut a piece of foam for a mattress and made a pillow and blanket to go with it. At the price I paid - I feel it is definitely a five star product, but perhaps only four at full price. Regardless, I am happy with my purchase, but I spent a good deal of time reading reviews so I knew what I was getting.

My 5 year old received this last year for Christmas and it has been WELL played with. She loves that she can care for 3 dolls at the same time, the cute sounds that come out of the baby monitor, and the bath noises from the bathtub. Its very sturdy, and light ( I have carried it all over the house...). My husband put it together in 10-15 min.

My daughter loves her baby dolls and cares for them endlessly with this care center. She loves that it has so many things: crib, highchair, bathtub all in one. Assembly was not difficult- recommend this item.

Very very hard to put together, and sharp egdes when plastic pieces are taken apart... Should not be sold for such a high price. But my daughter who is 5 loves it now....

My 18 month old daughter was so excited to see this on Christmas! It looked very cute in pictures. Once we opened the box, we saw that all the parts were all attached and you had to try to get them all apart. Most parts were very flimsy and didn't fit properly in place. Got some screws in place and struggled with others. It was mostly put together when my daughter began to play with it. She bumped into the crib part and the flimsy plastic broke where it was screwed together. What a piece of junk! We will be returning it and getting a different one!

I was surprised when my 8 year old daughter saw a similar product in a catalog and made this her #1 thing on her Santa list. I thought she had outgrown baby dolls, but for the sake of preserving her belief in "Santa" I thought I would try it. The set is TINY! A 5 year old would need to kneel to play with it. It is probably great for 2 and 3 year olds. I tried to take it back to toysrus, but they will only issue store credit for items purchased online- now I have 2 headaches, and no idea what to substitute for my daughter.

Yes, it does take a while to put together - but it is totally worth it! My daughter (2 yrs) and nephews (1 and 3 yrs old) LOVE playing with this and will play with it for a considerable amount of time. It keeps them occupied every visit, which my sister and I love! When by herself, my daughter still enjoys using it, especially now that she has a little sister and likes to mimic what I am doing with my younger daughter.
