We use this as a supplement while breastfeeding. It doesn't give my son has or cause any tummy troubles like other formulas can. I received single serve packets of this as a trial and I love the ease of tossing them in the diaper bag to use when out and about. I was disappointed when. Scoured the Internet and my local stores with no avail. At this point we don't supplement enough to justify buying a large tub that will have to be thrown out after a month. Hopefully they will start selling the individual packages soon!

I was supplementing my breastfed infant with Enfamil Supplemental because I started it after receiving free samples. I should have looked at the ingredients first. I want to feed my baby healthy nourishment, not products made with a primary ingredient that I, myself, try to avoid. What a shame that Enfamil is a leader in the industry, promoting the start to unhealthy eating by supplying corn syrup products to parents to feed to their babies!

Comments about Mead Johnson Enfamil Infant Formula for Supplementing 6-Pack - 8 Ounce:

We chose this product from recommendation from our pediatrician as my milk supply started to decrease slightly upon returning to work. It is thin consistency like breast milk, more than most I have seen, however our son will not touch it. He dislikes the taste so much he ends up spitting out more than he eats. Bummer, we were excited about this product!

Bought this as my 6 week old was still hungry after nursing. She has horrible gas from this formula that she didn't have before. Looking at what else I can try to supplement with.

Comments about Mead Johnson Enfamil Infant Formula for Supplementing 6-Pack - 8 Ounce:

I tried this product for my second son, I was very excited to find a "supplamenting" formula but when we tried it my son got very gassy fussy and kept spitting it out i thought he just didn't want the bottle but I tried the newborn formula and he did just fine with that and since you can't find it in a small can I just wasted about $30 .......

Comments about Mead Johnson Enfamil Infant Formula for Supplementing 6-Pack - 8 Ounce:

I am really excited to start using this for my 9 month old son. We fought for the first 6 months of his life with excruciating constipation (weeks at a time), vomiting, break outs, weight loss, doctor visit after doctor visit with no hope in sight. That is until we found the right doctor who with extensive studies found out he has ulcerative colitis and started us on Nutramigen! Within 3 days I saw a completely different baby. He went from drinking 2-3 oz (at 7 months old) to drinking 7-8 oz; from sleeping MAYBE 2-3 hours in a whole night to sleeping 11-13 hours; and was able to be taken off his acid reflux medicine!! Now he is getting bigger we are excited to see how Nutramigen Toddler will treat him! My only worry is seeing how he does with the powder version. He always did better with Ready to Feed versions so we will see in a week or so!!

I turned to this specific formula because my son does not latch on so having to pump and then feed was taking a toll on me. I noticed my 2 month old, premature, son has become gasy and it looks like he has a hard time pooing.

Comments about Mead Johnson Enfamil Infant Formula for Supplementing 6-Pack - 8 Ounce:

I used this product for my 6 month old son. He is breast fed but at times, I have to supplement with formula. I was excited to purchase these ready to use bottles to make prep a little easier. I gave him half of a bottle the first time I tried it just to make sure he would like it. After a few seconds of him drinking it, he did not want it anymore and made a bitter like face. I tried again a few hours later with the other half of the bottle and same result. I hated that he didn't like it. My husband dipped his finger and tasted it and said it had a very unusual bitter taste to it. Won't be using these again :-/

This product is wonderful for breastfed babies, she never even noticed a difference! I was worried that the nutrients weren't enough because it was for "supplementing" and I called the Enfamil experts and they ensured me it is a complete formula. I'm so excited! My only comment is that Enfamil should advertise that this product is a complete formula!
