We love the concept of this table bumper, but it didn't work as perfectly as I had hoped. We bought the small table bumper for our end table that is 88.5 inches, but it wasn't tight enough. We bought the large table bumper for or coffee table that is 142 inches, but it was way too big. Our 10 month old daughter could pull it off. So we had to stretch the small table bumper onto the coffee table that was within the large bumper size instead. The small bumper is tight enough to stay on the large table without being pulled off. We wish that these were adjustable in some way with snaps or something.

They work like a giant hair scrunchy, which is nice if you want to save the finish on your table. However, the first time your kid pulls up & grabs hold of the bumper, it pulls right off the table. (In fact, I bet they had a hard time taking the picture for the packaging - that baby probably pulled it off the table several times before they got that shot!) It needs something to help grip the table.

With an active toddler, we needed something that would protect her from our coffee table edges but still keep our coffee table useful for the whole family. This fit the bill and so far has been great. It is tight enough on our table she can't pull it off and it has already prevented a number of injuries in the past week we have had it. As most other reviews note, the size has to be right and I recommend it only if your coffee table is close to the maximum on the size chart - otherwise it will just sag or be ripped off. It is also an ugly institutional grey color but a small price to pay for no more bruises. Plus, it will come off and put back on in a couple seconds if we have company over so that is a plus as opposed to the rubber bumpers that stick on.

I bought both sizes of this item, because I REALLY wanted it to work. But neither size worked with our 160" coffee table. It was either too small, or too droopy. :(

It was easy to install yet difficult for my toddler to remove. It is well-padded and edges come with extra cushion. It wraps so tightly that the top and bottom folds into the table, thereby protecting not only the side edges, but the tops as well. My kid falls onto the coffee table edge so that feature is important.

Good cushioning for protecting baby. However, I had the hardest time getting it on a coffee table that was only 43" long. The product is supposed to fit 90-140" - I have no idea how! I finally got it on once one of the elastics busted. The good thing is that I know baby won't be pulling it off. This thing is not going anywhere!

The review that states this will stretch to fit a 160" table is WRONG!!! I rely on reviews to help me make good purchases! My table is exactly 154" and the size small is way too small...not even close! I returned the small one and got the medium...and it does sag...I'm going to try to have it made shorter at my local tailor.

We just bought this bumper to go around the top of our glass tv stand. It fits perfectly and I feel much better with it on.
Also, I love that it doesn't need tape to stay on! I'm making my mother get one for her coffee table. And since it doesn't need to "stick" on, she can put it on when we visit and remove it when we leave. So it is perfect for grandparents, aunts/uncles, babysitters.

This bumper works great on our rectangular coffee table! Our son has just started "cruising" and it's saved him from bumps and bruises already!
