This cradle is beautiful![...] I was able to put it together myself in less than an hour (and with two weeks left till my due date). The instructions were well written and easy to follow.My only complaint is the "mattress" that came with the cradle. It should have been called a pad. At best, it is maybe a 1/4 inch thick. I am ordering a different one.The glider works well and does not make any noise. The cherry is beautiful and goes well with the traditional decor in my home. The wheels allow me to move it easily from one room to another and it is narrow enough to fit through my interior door frames.Overall, I am very pleased!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this cradle second hand. The previous owners used it for their 3 children. It is still in excellent condition! I have been using it now for 2 months and absolutely love it! My baby girl sleeps very comfortably through the night in this cradle. The cherry finish is beautiful and this cradle seems a lot safer than the ones that swing on 2 posts on either side. The locking mechanism is wonderful.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love the finish and overall look of this crib! The gliding motion is also smooth and safe, with a knob that can be set to halt the motion when you're not watching. Crib was overall easy to install, although slightly annoying to do the whole thing with an Allen wrench. The only thing that could make this crib better is a nicer mattress. It comes with a thin, not-so-comfy pad.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
