Although i like this vehicele, i am dissapointed with it's underscaled size, the A-10 is detailed nicely and the figure that comes with this is nice to, buyer beware.

It was great to see that Playmates was going to offer an A-10 as part of the Terminator line up. After seeing the movie, it's a must that they did include it. The only problem is, it's too small.

While being underscale isn't a new thing in toys, there is a limit. G.I.Joe toys have been well known for having underscaled vehicles but they always were not so much so that it looked bad. As a collector, I was expecting this plane to be sort of like the Cobra Rattler. It's not and far from it. While yes, this is a toy, it drives that knowledge further with it's size.

I would say a kid would have fun with this. Yes that's the intended buyer, but collectors are a large group these days. For a company to just throw out a potential group to sell to, they're causing themselves to miss out on some money. I know people that probably would have bought several of these had they been made correctly. Instead Playmates has to just settle for the ones they sell and let it go at that.
