Two of my three grandkids are toddlers who love pegged puzzles. The pictures are great but the sound will put them off. I bought the train and the farm animals and the sound on both is aweful. I'll have to take the batteries out and just add this to the don't buy again list.

My son loves this puzzle and the train sound it makes. I was expecting it to make different sounds like a bell ringing or the sound of chuffing. But it just makes one sound, my son doesn't seem to mind.

I was looking for a puzzzle that was more challenging than the basic chunky puzzles but not too hard for my 22 month old. We've had it for two months and it's a great puzzle. She figured out how to solve it in the first two days. The train sound is cool for train lovers. I always expect high quality safe toys from M & D and they never fail to disappoint.
